Yummy and fun way to celebrate Christmas! The service and atmosphere were great! The food was delicious, too. There is just something about watching your food being prepared in front of you…built in entertainment.
The food was plentiful and delicious. Spouse ordered rib eye and scallops, daughter got salmon and I got the chicken. Deducted one star cause one of the pieces of chicken was undercooked. The rest were fine, but the undercooked one kind of grossed me out. But, I would still go back in a heartbeat. Great place for big celebrations or a kids birthday party!

Decided to try again because our first time after they moved was not good at all. This time was wayy better. We got the steak and chickem for 2. The fried rice is always amazing. We put yum yum sauce all over it. It’s so good. Chicken was great. Steak isn’t the best quality but still tasted good. It came it ice cream at the end. Long islands are cheap on fridays. Only part i didn’t really enjoy was that it felt like they were pushing our whole table out very quickly. We had barley eaten any of our food and they were already bringing us boxes. The atmosphere is much better than the old building. It’s much more of an open concept now and has huge windows. We only waited about 20 minutes for a table. All in all was a pretty good night. Kinda spendy. We used to be able to come here with just the 2 of us and have a date night and it would only be about 80 dollars. It’s gone up quite a bit. Spent 128 this time.

This was 15$, it was suppose to be shrimp cocktail but they put WARM shrimp on cold limp lettuce. 15?!!!! Are you kidding me for this?? This is a huge scam, I can’t even fathom serving this to customers like this myself as someone who worked in food service this is just disappointing and ridiculous. Like I’m in awe how poor this was sent to us as paying customers. If I could give it -1stars I would. I’m hoping to get a refund because this is insane.

Wonderful experience! The chefs are entertaining, the food was delicious! Not an easy place to visit as there is a lot of action while prepping the food right in front of you in the big grill. Refilled drinks quickly, not a lot of long waiting for food or drink, servers see right to it!

That place is fun and the food is good. The cooks cook right in front of people at every table and they put on a little show which is fun for everyone but especially kids.
Oh, and the portions are big enough that one meal is enough to fill two adults usually. I’ve brought home leftovers every time I’ve gone because there’s simply too much for me to eat in one sitting, and it’s so good I can’t leave the extra behind.

This place is really fun. We had the same chef both times we’ve been and he is hilarious and so talented! The food is excellent, fried rice with shrimp entree is my favorite. Only docked one star because it gets kind of smoky when you sit there for too long, and this place is very popular for birthdays so it gets very loud when they’re singing their rendition of happy birthday with loud drums and tambourines – it really echos in there. The night we went we stayed a little longer than normal and heard the song at least 10 times, it’s just very loud.

Normally we love our Fujiyama experience. But not so much tonight.
Fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes. No discount offered.
Our chef was not very entertaining.
My Shogun Filet Minon was disgusting. I asked Dylan our Server to smell it and he agreed it smelled foul. The other group at our table agreed, with the guys girlfriend/wife relating the smell to rotten game that is left in the field during hunting. Dylan did discount it pretty heavily for us which was fine though.
But overall tonight’s experience was very poor. Sadly.
We will be back most likely but it’ll be some time before we return.

One of the better Japanese Steakhouses I have been to in a while. ~$140 for two adults and two kids. 18% compulsory tip was added to bill for the chef JUST because we were a group of 9. I struggled with this idea of a compulsory tip to the “chef” because of our group size when they will fill the table up anyway. So now you have to give another 15-20% tip to the server for a total of 34-38% tip. Now you have just reduced my visits to the one experience or one in a blue moon. I can get the same food brought out to me for half the price.
Facilities were clean, workers polite. The waiting system was efficient.
