I used to love going to Buffalo wild wings as a kid, but just over the years I feel like the quality of everything has went down. So I literally only eat here once a year and that’s for the Super Bowl. The food was OK the service at the bar was decent. I wish the bartender was more hospitable.

Roaches crawling on the seat under our table , bad service, food came wrong, asked for water never came I had to ask someone else our waitress was too busy on her phone. Manager took $9.49 off. We were given a to go cup as if to tell us to leave when we weren’t ready to go we were watching the football game. When we told them we weren’t ready to leave they brought us the check and was told thank you for coming. Why we didn’t leave the Texans were winning!

This place consistently leaves items out of your order. Based on my last ten orders for our weekly event they have messed up all ten orders. Six of those orders were missing whole items. Statistically this means it’s not accidental and the place just does this to cut costs in a tough economy.
We won’t be ordering from here any more, as this last time we were missing 30% of our order, it was cold and the manager refused to even take a call about it. The person answering was rude, calling me ‘big guy’ for complaining that I gave them money consistently and they didn’t deliver a product. Wasn’t DoorDash’s fault either. Bags are sealed, but the manager never cared to even hear about it.
I’m the dummy for thinking it was a fluke so many times, or for not calling and seeing they don’t care, or for not reading reviews.
If you’re smarter than me, hopefully you read this instead of ending up confused as to why they’re stealing from you.

The wings were really good. Got to try the honey garlic, buffalo bleu and the barbecue ranch. My favorite was the barbecue ranch. We also got the unlimited mozzarella sticks but since they were unlimited, it didn’t taste as great, like they were from frozen (you get what you paid for). We also had the chips and melted cheese. That was pretty good. The service was great.

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings with 9 people, we showed up 5min after they opened which was 11:05 and revived our food at 11:57. We did have to wait awhile for the food but we did have lots of people and were there first customers. Besides that the food was amazing and the service was excellent. I ordered the American burger with no mustered and my brother and cousin ordered the brisket burger and said it was excellent. Over all this place was amazing and is a great place to grab some lunch.

Wasn’t a super filled up restaurant so I was able to talk to my husband. I get the best cheese pull ever at this place. 10/10. Martin was the best server I have ever had and went above and beyond. I had a great meal because of him and made it super fun vibes. Was also a super cheap meal for good food.

Terrible. We had an order delivered and it was missing items. The wings we ordered had a few drips of sauce on them. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to answer. They didn’t give us any real help. Go somewhere else and do not waste your money. This location has gone completely downhill.

Let me start off by saying my last experience was horrible, but this experience was just absolutely what you should expect of a restaurant. I want to highlight trae the waiter was just absolutely perfect. That man deserves a raise, and then some he absolutely made the experience flawless. The food came out extremely fast, and it was well cooked. I definitely rate this place a five out of five. I’m glad to see they’re changing in a good way.
