Probably the best Thai fusion and sushi restaurant I’ve ever had.
We arrived with a large party and they were able to seat us all. The place is family-owned, well-decorated, and warm with a lot of thoughtful touches. Some of us ordered sushi items and the others ordered entrees. Everything we ordered looked, smelled, and tasted absolutely delicious! It all came out of the kitchen quickly with a minimal wait.
I ordered the shrimp drunken noodles and it was the best I ever had! The portions were very filling and my noodles came packed with lots of shrimp.
If you’re looking for something unique try the samurai nachos. They make their own wonton tortillas in the back and the dish was amazing and fun. We had ours with jalapenos.
I had some juice which was very good. They also have a lot of unique alcoholic options with a wide range of sakes and foreign beers.
I was hesitant to try sushi in the area after a bad experience at the poke bowl place down the street but it was well worth it! We have plenty of leftovers after the meal but I’d love to come back while we’re in the area. We only wish we had found them sooner as everyone I came with loved the food.

I ordered everything double, because my family and i are sharing it all. We ended up taking some stuff home. The best Dry rub chicken wings ever. Very thing was so fresh and make it to order. Thai food, Korean food, Japanese food and sushi was all good combination. Super tasty and very good service. The man server was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make us special drinks. And the chef lady (owner) came and say hello to us.
The restaurant is small and cute and very clean.

I just had the most wonderful meal at Fujiyama! This is truly a family business that puts its heart and soul into everything, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like honored guests. The warmth and personal touch from the family who run the place made our dining experience feel special and welcoming.
And the food—wow! Everything was so fresh and delicious.. I love curry and it couldn’t get any better.

Honestly of the thousands of dollars I’ve spent on DoorDash this is the first time I bypassed the “get help” and called to get a full refund. The worst Thai food I’ve ever had. I got chicken panang with extra $4 beef. They forgot to put chicken in and I only got the beef and the dish was so watery with hard poor quality beef. Just gross and not edible. Then I got their buy 1 get 1 free spring rolls. Must be frozen store ones. Tiny and the worst. Response to the owners response: Panang curry is normally sauce-forward, but this version was significantly more watery than any I’ve had before. More importantly, the chicken I ordered was missing and the beef add-on was extremely tough and inedible. The owner response did not acknowledge those issues, which were the core of my complaint.

Easily the best Thai food I have had in a long time, probably in all of Central Florida, and now I’m a regular because of it. Chef Annie is from Thailand and always delivers on traditional flavors with a local twist, every single dish I’ve tried here is excellent. The massaman curry and khao soi are both absolutely amazing, and the Thai basil fried rice is perfection, with the perfect mouth-feel and chew. Drunken noodles are fantastic. If you like Asian flavors at all, you owe it to yourself to support this wonderful family-owned business. It’s in my top five for Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.

Fuji Yama is a great location, they have recently opened. Everyone here is friendly and it is family operated. They do have a wide range of options on the menu, including sushi and Thai tea. They do offer military, government employee, and Law Enforcement/First Responders discount if you show your credentials, id or come in uniform. I will come here again whenever i am within the area.
