Love the original bloomin bagel but when I came to the second location I felt as tho employees did not care they rushed me in and out and the girl who went to take my friends order she stoped and had someone else finish writing the Oder when all we got was a bagel with cream cheese she didn’t have to write a lot down! Friday morning breakfast. Is this the normal amount of cream cheese now? They used to ask you if this was enough. Just a very thin layer. It was dry and the staff was incompetant. They handed my husband the bag said here ya go not asking if he paid or even trying to ring him out. Husband being honest told them he needed to pay. Breakfast mediocre. And it was toasted too long as the onions were all black and had to scrape them off.
