If you know, you know. Best Sushi in Orlando. The original location was demolished but AB and the crew are serving up deliciousness at their new location in Altamonte. Took my fiancé here for Valentine’s Day and every person we met, we asked “Did you go to the old one”? Everyone said “I would drive an hour to eat here”. Best sushi in Orlando for 35 years

Jack was an excellent server, very kind and efficient. When they did not have the mocktail I wanted he asked what flavor I was looking for and the bar made me a minty concoction that was so so good, a definite 10/10. We had the park dumplings, miso soup, and Tango Mango sushi roll which were also all 10/10s. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We will definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of sitting at the sushi bar, and the chef’s skill and expertise were evident with every roll he prepared. Each piece was crafted to perfection with incredible attention to detail. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth good—everything we tried was a true delight. We also enjoyed some hot sake that paired perfectly with our meal, and for dessert, the fried cheesecake was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommend Fuji Sushi for anyone craving top-notch sushi and a memorable dining experience!

My husband and I have been coming here for 5 years now (old and new location) and it’s our favorite sushi in the area. This time we ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer, SP roll, blackjack roll, and shrimp hibachi. The coconut shrimp appetizer is something we order often and love (sorry I didn’t photograph). The sushi rolls always exceed our expectations because their chefs only use high quality ingredients. The hibachi was new for us and has a uniquely sweeter taste which was welcomed!

We had a great dinner here! Everything we tried was delicious (miso soup, gyoza, mango tango roll) and the gyoza was especially good. Our server, Jake, was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Fuji Sushi is my go to spot for sushi and great atmosphere. I have had my last 5 birthdays here. Chef AB and the crew always make you feel welcome, and he makes sushi rolls you can get anywhere else. Try the tuna poke bowl!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Although a small place, the sushi was very fresh. We consume a lot of sushi, and this was by far one of the freshest. It is a little pricey, but you’re getting quality food. Our waitress was very nice and informative. I will definitely be returning here. I highly suggest this place.

Phenomenal. Fresh ingredients. Every bite focuses on the mouth feel and all the flavors playing along with each other. The sushi has different flavor profiles that all take a turn per bite.

Going to Fuji Sushi is always a great idea. Today, I visited their new location in Altamonte Springs, and as expected, EVERYTHING was incredible. From the warm atmosphere and attentive staff to the menu, the entire experience was exceptional. Of course, the dishes remain the highlight of the restaurant.
We ordered some of our favorites: Haru Maki, Trio Tiradito, Osumashi Soup, SP Roll, and the best of the best—the Tuna Tower.
Special thanks to Chef Ab for bringing back the best place to enjoy Japanese cuisine in town!
