I vote with my wallet and this a second visit in less than one week shows my appreciation of their quality and service.
The ramen is delicious and the bone broth adds depth to the flavor. The Korean pickled kimchi awakens the taste buds with divine flavors. Service was provided with a smile both times.
Not a fan of the plastic forks for non-chopstick users, but honestly LEARN HOW TO ISE CHOPSTICKS PEOPLE! Haha!

Just had my first experience at Fuji Ramen House— our server, Dee, was so kind and suggested this great bowl (Spicy Chicken) for my first time trying a ramen bowl! It was so flavorful and filling— enough for two meals! Dee was a wonderful and attentive server too, we enjoyed talking with her! Definitely recommend for a nice little lunch or dinner date spot!

My wife and I ordered online and got carryout. This place has lots of great reviews and I was very excited. I got the classic chicken ramen, my wife got another style ramen. I paid extra for crispy onions, which I did not get. My ramen was also missing the fish cake, and had almost no corn, bean sprouts, or many other toppings. The broth was also incredibly bland, which I did not expect. A bit of soy sauce helped it, but it honestly didn’t taste that far off boxed chicken stock. It also had a bit of an off putting odor. There was a definite lack of tare.
My wife also said they got her order wrong, although she said hers tasted good.
Maybe I just ended up not getting a good bowl, but leaving out ingredients, and messing up 2 of 2 orders isn’t a good look.
I’ll probably give them 1 more try with the tonkotsu ramen and hopefully that experience is better.

I always loved this place and ate there often up until now. I ordered their Garlic Pork Ramen bowl as take out. When I got home I noticed that there was barely any broth in the bowl. I then go to break apart the sliced pork (I normally do this to make it go further instead of just two large pieces and found that the pork is extremely thin compared to what they used to give. Seems they have decided to cut corners now. This was already a pricey soup but now they have lowered their quality to no longer justify the price. It’s a shame because I really liked this place but I hate being scammed.

In my search for authentic ramen I found this spot, indeed their ramen was delish. The broth was super tasty and everything on my ramen. Their pork buns was a bomb too, buns are soft while pork is crispy. The atmosphere is nice and so is their staff. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back for our ramen fix.

We all liked our ramen soups very flavorful, fresh, large portion with quick service. The timing of appetizers and meal needs some work as it all came at once. Our server was very friendly and the place was busy. Definitely go back to try other flavors. We had spicey chicken ramen, kimchi ramen, and some appetizer that were very good similar to other area restaurants.

I was so excited to try this new restaurant. I drove over an hour to see what the talk was all about. Clean front, cool automatic display of a ramen bowl w/ awesome figurines displayed on the wall as you walk in. Atmosphere is open and clean. Layout is nice and organized. Great lighting as well. Easy menu to read, good amount to choose from to order. I ordered the octopus balls, chicken bun, shoyu ramen w/ tofu and kimchi added for extra. The octopus balls were brought instantly out after made. Took a bite and it was at a great temperature. It was delicious. Next the chicken bun, the bun was soft and the whole entire dish was a light, fresh appetizer. After, the main dish came out Shoyu which was hitting the spot on this rainy day. Broth was seasoned well and the temperature was 9/10, the noddles weren’t mush which was great, dislike mush noodles. Added the chili sauce (next time I won’t add) made it too spicy for me I had tears in my eyes and made my nose run! Haha. But the tofu was milk soft! Melted in your mouth. Kimchi was so good too! Last but not least for dessert got the Mango and Strawberry Mochi – OMG soooooo, soooo good!
Our waiter – Hideki *Spelling? Was AMAZING! He was outstanding, great conversation as well. Customer service was top tier! If you guys stop by please Ask for him! Totally recommend him!

A great new chill place to hang out with friends and families in Salisbury. The restroom is really clean, and they even got a separate nursing room inside the women bathroom.

Ordered pork buns, beef ramen, grilled chicken ramen, and classic tonkotsu ramen. Pork buns were to die for. All the ramens broths were full of flavor. Felt the beef had the best flavor and pork was the best protein. Regardless, all three ramen were as good or better than any ramen place we have ever been. Service was good and atmosphere was interesting in a good way.
