I took my family there this past Friday. I ordered steak and scallops and my wife hibachi chicken with fried rice. My kids ordered both hello kitty sushi.
Received our orders my wife had steamed rice, told the waitress we ordered fried rice. They came back the second time again with steamed rice. I told the waitress again we ordered fried rice after the 3rd attempt we got it. My food was completely cold, the manager come by and told she could microwave it. I told her that would change me medium steak to well done. She brought me some fesh hot vegetables but would change my meat. So I ate hot veggies with cold meat. My kids both ate the same kind roll. My oldest said her tasted funny, my youngest said her was great. My youngest then tasted my other dsughter roll and agreed it was terrible. I don’t how the 2 was totally different when ordered at the same time. I got my bill, the waitress charged me for my wife’s fried rice. I told her that came with meal and argued for 5 minutes how we ordered white rice. She then told me she would talk to the manager. I watched her at the counter using all kind of hand gestures . I could tell she was mad. I went up there and told I would just pay for the rice. That I didn’t like being mad mouthed. The assistant manager already took the rice off. I just felt humiliated after spending well over $100 get treated like that over rice. I felt bad because normally I tip 30% but that night I just couldn’t do it. Terrible food along with awful service not a pleasant evening.

We frequently go here for dinner, the past couple times the food takes forever . The last time I went I never even got my food, after 45 minutes and 4 other tables I told them to take it off my bill. This used to be run very professionally and if you don’t get your management up to speed then this will be the next place to close!! Just saying.. do better

Food was fast. Suspiciously fast for sushi being made to order. Maybe they are just that quick but something on the plate smelled almost soured. Not necessarily bad but not fresh. It did taste fine. I would say good but unremarkable. Also there was a large number of staff standing around doing nothing and one younger guy leaned against the back wall making way too much eye contact. We ate and left quickly.

We were satisfied . Our waited was attentive and kind. My sushi so so delicious! The sukiaki steak also the miso soup was on point too! My was ice cold. No complaints RECOMMENDED

Friendly, fast service and pretty good food. I couldn’t believe how fast we got served and our food came out crazy fast. The sushi roll lunch special was a decent price and no complaints about the taste. The miso soup had a really great flavor. This place checks all the boxes for a good Japanese food experience.

Walked in to unlocked doors. Was greeted by a lady yelling Japanese to her son who told me to get out. Will not be back. Crazy thing is I was there to get a second job. Hibachi happens to be my favorite food. Insensitive and very gated walls. Would not put my hard earned money towards this place guys.

Food was amazing. Staff was superb. Prices were competitive but not “not affordable”. Boyfriend doesn’t like sushi but got a deep-fried roll and loved it. Very much worth the visit ☺️

I would have to say if you are looking for good service go to another place. The food was ok but all came out at way different times only one out of the 3 sweet tea looked like tea the other two looked like water the one drink that was ordered did not show up until almost done eating and was ok but nothing special. I would say not going to be back.

Went there today around 11, there wasn’t a handful of people in there. We got seated and as the girls walked passed our table and looked at us kept going. 20 minutes later they still haven’t takin our drink order. We walked out when I seen the waitresses lean up against the wall and watch the guys cook. They completely ignored us. Walked out came to Coltons we had service within the first 2 minutes.
