I’m trying Fuel Grill for the first time and everything I ordered was absolutely delicious, including the lean bison wrap with teriyaki sauce, hummus with pita bread, muscle wrap, and mango tango with a scoop of protein. Not get my address correct, even called back to verify. I gave him my credit card through the phone. When the food came, the driver said it was not paid for. I called the store and said I gave my credit card and the guy said I’m not sure there’s only 3 people working here. They ended up taking card through the phone. Then when I opened my food, there was no sour cream. Also got a kale soup and it was way too spicy so it was unbearable. I must say, I have eaten here 5 times in the past and it was always excellent. I can’t believe how far they have fallen. I will give them another shot but hopefully this message reaches the owner to square some of the things out. Communication and English skills severely lacking in the service industry is a recipe for disaster.
