Excellent quality & value with fast casual counter service. Great food, service and clean crisp atmosphere. Tortillas and fresh three salsas are made in-house.
I had the Dr Pepper Cowboy soft taco- Smoked brisket, grilled onions, Dr Pepper BBQ sauce, chipotle cream corn, jack cheese… excellent.
They also offer soft drinks, tea and beer.

Clean, fast, value, and great service. You order at the front with one of the two registers and you get a number placard to put at your table if you’re dining in.

Tried three different selections, one from pork, chicken, and steak. The steak was my favorite, with the perfect amount of salt. While the pork and chicken were juicy and flavorful, they were both overly salty for me, with the chicken being saltier than the pork.
Great selection of complimentary salsas, onions, pickled jalapeños, and limes.

Open 24/6, this is really convenient and can see myself coming here quite often.

Came here for the second time on their official opening day: it was hectic, the lines were long, and they ran out of a few things like cilantro, tortillas, and I think pork as well(?). They had to grab some premade tortillas from a nearby grocery store, Rouses, probably.

Another thing to note was that they don’t have an area for pick-up orders online and on the app. There was no way to know when my order was ready, and no waiting area inside unless you are standing on top of other customers, trying to stay out of the way of the staff and people moving around.

Tried a few more taco options, plus the quesadilla, but the quesadilla was noticeably low quality. The tortilla was hard, tough (maybe sitting in the box for too long) and the chicken inside was very dry. I customized my quesadilla with added pico and caramelized onions, but they just put a scoop on top and outside the quesadilla instead of inside. It was messy in the box, plus the ranch or whatever white sauce it came with was uncapped and spilled everywhere, unlike the two hot sauces that came outside the box that were properly closed.

The manager or whoever was there running the show, definitely was breaking his back trying to get things in order and get people their food orders (I waited about an hour for my food and I ordered in the app). Everyone else in my group got bowls because at that point in time, they ran out of tortillas, which was unfortunate, as the bowls they gave didn’t include rice, but upon request, they gave the rice for their bowls (on the menu it is supposed to come with rice).

All in all, I would love to come back to this place if they weren’t so busy, but I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be happy
Still a solid 4/5 overall taco spot, for the 24/6 convenience and the flour tortillas (corn optional) because Baton Rouge has too many hole in the wall Mexican spots that are authentic enough with corn tortillas, so it’s nice to have something like this.

Service was fast, we got all our food within about 5 minutes. The topping bar was a nice touch. Everything we ordered was great my favorite probably being the Dr Pepper steak taco. Banana pudding was great for a dessert.
We’ll definitely be coming back to try out more of the menu!

After seeing multiple advertisements on social media, and a friend said the food was good. I gave it a try today and was a little disappointed. The person behind the cash register didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there and was trying to rush me to order, but the person who brought my meal to me was very nice. I tried three different breakfast tacos. The first taco was good the other two tacos, the edge of their tortilla was stiff, like it’s been sitting under a hot lamp. Went to the bathroom and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple days and there was no soap to wash my hands. I’m gonna give it a second try because I may have had a bad experience.

Been waiting for this place for a while ever since construction was close to done, and It was definitely worth it! Quick service and sizable, quality tacos for what they’re worth. I recommend the Golden Spur taco personally. Overall great food, great service, great establishment, and more worthy of your money than the Chipotle across the street.

Grand opening… I understand but. Waited over 45 mins for chips and queso. And was out of ALL alcohol. Manager was a nice guy but that doesn’t excuse anything. Cheese on my taco was compelled unmelted.

The tacos here are delicious. It opened three days ago and I’ve been three times. Im working my way through the menu. So far, I am a fan of the Texas Cheesesteak, the South Padre, and the Chorizo egg and cheese Tacos. The Queso is exceptional as well. WARNING. the food does not travel well. You need to dig in right away, or the tortilla will turn to mush.

Opening day. Something did not taste right with the chorizo.
Turns out I was right. Took less than 3 hours to feel worse than I would from taco bell.
You know it’s bad when you’re having dreams where you meet total strangers and they say that it tasted weird.
Thanks for the t shirt I guess.

Amazing portion sizes, really tasty food, I recommend the Fuego steak and the El Presidente. The queso is also really good, and the Mexican rice is super flavorful!
