They got my order wrong. And wen i asked to see if they get my order right. The lady gave me the attitude like it was my fault. And wen ever she handed me any of item she gaven them to me like they had something on them that she didnt like handle them. Over all bad experience and the food was mediocre. The asada tacos are amazing!! Well marinate and perfectly seasoned. They are a bit greasy though so grab napkins.

The food was good. I had tacos with beef. I wanted ground beef but they don’t have it. The last I checked $3.50 + $3.50 = $7.00. But I was charged $8.00. It couldn’t be for sales tax as that would’ve been only .56 cents.

This truck is consistently good every time I visit. My last trip I ordered quesobirria tacos and super fries. The tacos were amazing, but the super fries really stood out the most. The fries were fresh and best of all, still crispy underneath the toppings. In my personal opinion, the best in the area.

They messed up our online order with the directions of what we wanted on our order. When I asked them to remake it and showed them the receipt they seemed annoyed because it was a little busy. They proceeded to mess up again with the receipt. When asked for a refund they kept deflecting and trying to offer other things. While I appreciate the offers we just wanted a refund for the food we were not going to eat. The owner/manager then proceeded to ghost us. Will not give them my business again.

I’ve only had their Quesabirria Tacos with consome, and their Asada and Pastor Street Tacos. I gave them 4 stars for the food because I’m comparing them to Tacos El Patron in Pleasant Hill, Maya Traditional Mexican Cuisne in Sacramento and El Garage in Richmond – these are some of the best places for Tacos unfortunately El Fuego can’t compare.
As far as Taco Trucks go this place is pretty good for the area. You can taste the Pineapple in the Pastor, the citrus from the marinade in the Asada. The birria was a little dry and you really had to dunk it in the consome. The dishes came with grilled Jalapeños and onions, Pickled carrots that were fresh, and radish medallions. Their salsa tasted fresh and had just the right amount of heat. I can tell everything was fresh and made to order.
El Fuego does not do Carnitas which is a shame. Guadalajara Taco truck in front of Fruitvale Station in Oakland does the best carnitas.
Also try doing a Birria Ramen like Tamarindo Taco truck in Oakland, their line is around the block for that dish.

Ordered a torta cubana , $15 … When I looked at it I was like you got to be kidding me is this from the kids menu? Anyways, literally like the size of a $5 item you get from a random fast food place, and I would at least give three stars if it tasted half decent, but it was extremely tasteless and simply was not good. So if you want a very small bland torta cubana then come here and pay 15 bucks! plenty of other torta spots in Stockton that blow this out of the water in both flavor and size for around the same price.

This is a food truck and I was expecting a sit down restaurant. It’s not but there is a picnic bench to sit at. The food came out fast and the staff was very friendly. The portions were generous but it was a little more expensive than I was hoping for with a food truck. Overall we left happy and full so no complaints here!

Went there to order an all meat pastor super burrito. They told me that if I did that, it would be a small burrito cause there would be no beans and rice and still charge me the same price. They’re not willing to load it with extra meat to cover the ingredients I took off. Charge an extra fee, I didn’t mind. But nope, not happening. I’ve never experienced anything like this ever at other spots. Don’t come here if you want to customize your food. Better trucks near by that want your business.
