Just WOW. I’ve ordered here a few times and just wow. Great service, great atmosphere, amazing tasty food. I ordered the Beef Birria Ramen which comes with 2 sides l which I got Elote and Cilantro Lime Rice. I also tried the Gourmet Egg Roll. The Beef Birria Ramen was packed full of flavor. The Elote was creamy and yummy and the Cilantro Lime Rice was good as well. The egg roll was fabulous delicious. I paid $30 plus tax and was well worth the food. Not many places serve Beef Birria Ramen and the last place that I know of closed down sadly. Only other place I EVER get Birria Ramen is in California EVERY time I visit. This place competes with all the places I’ve eaten Birria Ramen in NY and California and I had A LOT of Birria Ramen in California. I rate the Birria Ramen 9.5 out of 10, Elote 9 out of 10, Cilantro Like Rice 8 out of 10, and the Gourmet Egg Roll and 9 out of 10.

The owner greeted us and asked if it was our first time in. I said yes and that we found the restaurant by typing “mexican restaurant” into google maps. He gave us a heads up that they have a lunch special (as of mid-Feb 2026), $12.99 for 2 tacos and a side. We got 2 beef birria tacos and 2 chicken tacos with cilantro lime rice and elote as the sides. The tacos were so good (and big!) that I will give a pass to the elote which was , canned corn in some watery sauce. The tacos were large, juicy, very flavorful, and served with a good amount of consommé as well as a cup of chopped red onion, cilantro, and lime wedges on the side. The restaurant itself is sparsely furnished – I’m guessing they do mostly takeout.

We went to Rochester yesterday to see a concert at the Kodak Center so we wanted to grab a bite before the event. I found this restaurant within 5 min walking distance and as a Mexican myself, obviously decided to go for it.
My girlfriend and I had the chicken birria and the beef birria, some chorizo and queso and Spanish rice and sweet plantais. I also tried a mango bobba tea with sprite which I had not tried before.
The food was good but the Spanish rice and the plantains were amazing . Would definitely go again and try some more stuff for sure. I’m a sucker for rice and back home we eat it with banana so it was the perfect mix.
And the cherry on top was Anthony’s service and friendliness; from the moment he started taking our order, told us a bit of his restaurant’s background until he actually suggested where to park for the concert.
100% recommended if you like Mexican ans Tex Mex food

Food was great, temp was hot, and the amount of beef i got in my burrito was well worth the price. Ive gotten burritos for less but have always wished for more out of it. That was not the case here!
I will be back sooner rather than later, hope to try tower birria tacos next time.

I walked into fuego birria and immediately got hit with the smell of birria already knew I made the right choice. When I entered I was greeted by rob.. he was warm and inviting and immediately helped me I ordered birria ramen, birria burrito and the birria nachos and two lemonades the food may seem a bit pricey but the portions are worth the price.. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food with huge portions I forsure will be going back. 10/10 DO RECOMMEND GO THERE

We wanted to try something different while staying in Rochester for our eldest son who’s in the hospital. And wow, the food was amazing huge portions, the reviews didn’t lie! Amazing flavor, our youngest who is skeptical about food, LOVED the birria tacos and chips with queso! The ramen birria was massively portioned I don’t think I broke the rim! Certainly will be back. The owner was amazing cook came out to check on us and how the food was, amazing care for their customers!

Had the birria and chips/queso and thought they overall lacked flavor. Prices weren’t bad. Not terrible but nothing special or worth going out of one’s way for. There are better places to try in Rochester.

Aa far as Mexican food experiences go, this was perfect. The portion sizes were typical family sized portions and the flavor was amazing! The ramen is a great quality and filling food, and the flavor profile manages to blend both flavor profiles seamlessly. If we’re ever in the area again, this is a sure stop!
