The place is convenient for a bite aftwr6watching a movie in the mall. Burgers are good but they have tendancy to over cook the patty. If you want “fringes” just ask for is as your normal side. The sideorder isn’t worth the extra $1.

There was a long hair buried in between my first burger and I asked it to be remade the manager had so much attitude… then when I got my premade order it was 1/3 lb burger not the 1/2 lb burger I paid for… felt so unwanted at this location… all the vegetables did not look fresh on top so I had to move them around to not get old welted vegetables..

Fuddruckers is always clean when I go there and the staff are always nice and friendly! The food is great and the atmosphere is always nice and chill, especially when bringing small children. It seems like everyone is always happy and enjoying themselves when dining here. I love the burger bar; you always get to make your own burger and load it up with topping’s. I also love the ice cream bar; their strawberry shake is sooo good and can feed two people if not more. It’s never a sad burger day at Fuddruckers, thank you!!

I’ve eaten at Fuddruckers since I was a kid. Mostly at Arizona locations. This experience was disappointing. My sons order was wrong. I specified no cheese and there was cheese on it. It was corrected. My order was wrong also. I upgraded to chili fries and that was missing. That was also corrected. The fries tasted like the oil was old. I don’t know what the issue was with the vanilla milk shake but it tasted like cologne. It was an unusual flavor I have never had with a milk shake.
To make things worse the food was very slow. To have it take so long and be wrong was frustrating. Finally I am pretty sure I did not get the half pound size I ordered. It was tiny on the bun. When I cook from frozen pre measured patties at home that are 1/3 pounds they fill up a large bun. I ordered a larger size and I had way to much bread. I ordered well done and received a hockey puck. The burger tasted like burnt burgers. I ate because I was hungry after waiting so long. Honestly, the choice was between Five Guys and Fuddruckers. I chose Fuddruckers because of my nostalgia for it but this was so disappointing I will likely choose Five Guys from now on.

I had the chicken sandwich which was really good. But they definitely need to learn how to clean their restrooms. It was molding and unclean. It just makes you wonder if a public area is that grows what the kitchen looks like.

All the times I have eaten at Fuddruckers, never once has my experience been so unpleasant as this one. Once entering, it was overcrowded, but we decided to stay. They took our order, and the wait was 30 minutes. When we got our order, you could already see the fries and chicken tenders looked charred and had a funky smell to them. Right after, we went straight to the condiments table, which looked so insalubrious. Words could not even describe how the taste was so repugnant and made you feel sick to the stomach. This wasn’t just a problem with us; you could overhear other people saying they had something wrong with their order as well. This was a total waste of $70.
