Good food reasonable price fun place to get a quick burger and fries. Put your own toppings on the burger. Was here on January 23rd 2018. The burger I had was very tasty and it was big. The French fries and cheese topping was also sooo good. Next time I get into Chicago again I will surely be making a stop here to get another taste of their great food. Lots of things on the walls to view very unique.

Tried my first Fuddruckers’ burger while they had a two for one deal and I fell in love. I honest ly think that this is the best burger chain restaurant!
The best thing about this place is that there is a salad bar to add your own and as much as you want salads on your burger or as little as you want!!
Of course the star of the burger is not the vegetables but the meat and the bread. Both of these are indeed the star. The burgers are BIG, with real and chunky meats that are authentic, juicy and delicious. And all good burger stores would ask you how you want your burgers, and my half done burger patty came as ordered! The bread smelt great, taste great and went down well as it should.
Only complaint is that the price is a bit steep, but nonetheless, we will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised they had gluten free buns, I haven’t been to Fuddruckers since it was in its old location and they definitely did not have them then. I was able to eat no problem, I only have an intolerance to gluten and eating the fries was no problem. Only downside is that the bun fell apart pretty quickly upon eating it. Great to see they are accommodating!

I’ve been to a few prior to this trip so this is solely a reflection on this specific establishment. Place was not clean at all. Almost 1/2 the tables were with debris and clutter. Food however was pretty good

This location is fantastic. Not only is the food great, the condiment bar is always very clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. The manager was going around to every table to make sure that everyone was doing okay!

Pretty average burger. Nothing very special about the food or the location. It’s a step up from really fast food and the idea of your own toppings is cool, but there is nothing fantastic on the “burger bar”. The free cheese sauce is a nice touch though.

I used to go a lot before they moved into a new, smaller location, and I decided to relive some fond food memories and give it a shot. I am not upset that I went, but the experience was definitely different.
I’m giving four stars for a few reasons:
1. The decor and ambiance used to be so fun and so lively! There were rock icons on the walls and an entire arcade! There was always hopping music, too…but no more! Now it’s just like any other sit-down/fast-food hybrid out there. Nothing remained save for a lit up peace sign and one arcade game in the corner of the new smaller location.
2. Portions and quality used to be very different. I ordered a side of onion rings and it had just a small handful of thin measly rings. My salad was also very small compared to the giant portions they used to have not very long ago. The food was still good, but for nearly $40 I expected a lot more than I got since it’s just fast food. I got a salad, a burger, fries, rings and a shake, for reference.
Not all was upsetting though. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly as always! We all still enjoyed ourselves, but could not help but feel that our meal was underwhelming.

I love this new Fuddruckers location! The old location was actually kind of scary (it used to be a furniture showroom decades ago), but this new location is much more open, airy, and clean. The food is better than ever, with sizzling burger patties and juicy grilled chicken. The toppings bar is very well maintained, and I love their Freestyle touch-screen drink machine (be sure to try the sweet-cherry vanilla cream soda). Restaurant has plenty of seating, numerous televisions to watch, and everything – from the dining area, to the washrooms – is meticulously cleaned and maintained. When I’m hungry for a good burger, made the way I like it, this Fuddruckers location is one of the top stops on my list!

Just left from Fuddruckers off of Northbrooks and the service was really horrible. The minute we walked in the door we all felt very rushed. The guy which I think was the manger ask our order, then told us to go to the girl at the cashier to repeat our order. Must say we all were very confused. We use to go the the original location, which had better services and better atmosphere. The only reason why I giving 2 stars is because the food was good other then the kids burger meal bun was bigger than the actual burger. And very over priced. Not coming back to drive 40 minutes again.

not the best burger iv ever had, but if you want a fresh made fast burger, that you put your own toppings on this is the place.
with a diner style aesthetic and a bar full of toppings (including hot nacho cheese!) you really get to put what you want on your burger. Specialty burgers are available of course, but in general the basic is the best.
