Food was pretty good. Trying to find a clean table in a near empty restaurant was nearly impossible. I could not believe that 70% of the tables still had leftover trays and food sitting there. Truly disappointed at the cleanliness of this place. If your going to charge a premium price for a burger it needs to come with better than average or poor service.

My fiancé and I ordered our burgers medium rare and they both arrived well done. They overcharged me for my meal. They gave me the wrong size burger. I waited for service at the counter for a significant time period, with a line behind me, while at least 3 employees walked by and ignored us. I should have left when this happened and saved myself nearly $30 on 2 burgers.

Super satisfied with our time here. We were pleasantly welcomed by all the staff and one the managers. We thought the bar was closed, but the staff informed us that we could sit in the bar and someone would service us and we could order our food there as well. We got to choose what we wanted to watch and had good conversation with the manager. Our food was served to us quickly and for a great price as well. The beer was great and we left extremely happy. Keep up the great team work!!!

You get what you pay for. People complain about Fudds being “pricey” and having to wait for food. The quality of the food is far superb to other fast food establishments. Notice how you can actually taste Beef and not some mystery meat like McDonald’s? Voila. All orders are cooked at the time you order them so you are alwayd going to have fresh food. The staff here is also very polite.

I love Fuddruckers, period. Their burgers are my favorite. I would give this franchise 5 stars but there are a couple things that need to be changed. Firstly, The environment sucks. Its like eating in a cafeteria. Every other fuddruckers I’ve been to has a fun environment where people not only eat, but also like to socialize. Secondly, I’ve been to this fuddruckers 4 times. Every time the staff messes up on my simple order, Hangover – 1/3lb medium rare on wheat with fries. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE SIGNATURE EGG??? Every time I go in they have new staff so my guess is turnover is extremely high?

This place is nothing like the Bloomington location. Food tasted ok but was barely warm. Prices are very steep for a non sit down restaurant. Had to order and pick up food at the front counter. For 2 burgers, 1 order of fudd fries, and one soda cost us $26 at lunch time. I will never go back no matter how good the food could have been. Dont waste your time.
There are so many more options in the area that this joint will need to stet it up if they want to survive.

Not sure what people expect or how bad it must have been in the past. had an inferno burger fries everything tasted good staff was friendly enough. you order at a counter and wait for your food is not fine dining. if you are scared off by reviews give this place a try

Sadly, they are closing on the first of November. Decent food, but I’m not surprised due to lack of business. I’ve been in a couple times where the total number of customers is equal to the employees. I’ll miss getting my bacon cheeseburgers with A1 sauce from here.

Ordered a burger medium. Comes out dry and well. Mushrooms were good on the mushroom swiss I got. Nice crew wasn’t busy at the time so next time its the grill.

A bit pricey for the simplistic atmosphere. Burgers are cooked to order and have good flavor. Speciality burgers include Buffalo and Elk! TV’s are a bit high on the wall for ease of watching.
