About 10 years ago, I ordered these meals for a couple of months. It was affordable and the food was varied and good. I recently placed an order with them again. The first day, the food was delivered within the window they had confirmed (about 11:30am). However, the next two days the lunches were delivered at 3pm. The first excuse was that there was no electricity in the kitchen due to heavy rains. The next day, the blame was put on the driver. I decided to cancel the next two lunches because I found myself spending additonal monies on Uber Eats just so I could eat at a reasonable time (not at 3pm).
I asked them to cancel the remaining two deliveries and to refund my original form of payment. It’s been a week and I’ve texted them twice (in English and Spanish) and I haven’t received a response in any language. I will most likely not receive the credit for the two lunches which was a total of $36. I’ll take the loss but I wanted to share my experience with whomever reads these reviews. Be careful with dealing with this company! The food is overpriced for what they offer and obviously their customer service and reliability is non-existent. There are plenty of other affordable catering companies who are willing to cater to their community, who are reliable and affordable. If they would’ve just refunded my money, I probably would’ve not reviewed them. What bothers me is their lack of inaction, lack of courtesy and disrespect to me, a former client.

I’m so impressed and happy with Fit2Go!!! I’ve lost a lot of weight and best of all I’ve done it without having to cook and meal prep all by myself. They have a great variety of foods and very well balanced, and lots of volume to keep you full. The deliveries are to your door every morning and if you email them by the night before if you need to change the address they accommodate your change on time. Excellent service. Very happy.

The meals are incredible and the customer service is stellar. Food is always on time. I work in the Gables and the food usually gets there around 10:30am. I place it in the fridge and have a fresh meal every day. Today I had my favorite, Salmon Poke. So good. Highly recommend.

I love Fit2Go, after my gastric bypass surgery they were so helpful and had everything that I needed and was able to work with my new restrictions until I was able to advance my diet needs which they were able to do as well. The delivery service was a dream and if I had any concerns, questions or problem they worked with me 100 %. The food is very well prepared and taste amazing. Can’t say enough great things about them. Delicious food with a variety of interesting ingredients and totally different items daily. Very tasty, seasoned perfectly. Delivery is on time and presented in their bag with all plastic tubs making it easy to just heat up while on the go! I definitely lose weight when I do a week of Fit2Go. I usually do weeks when life/work gets hectic and i don’t have the time to cook and it works out perfect.

I have been a customer since Feb 2017 and can say the food has only gotten tastier with time. While I did have some issues with my deliveries during pandemic times, it seems to be a thing of the past. I am at the peak of busy season for work and barely have time to eat. It’s been amazing to have my meals delivered on time and without interruptions. To whoever is handling the deliveries, a BIG THANK YOU! My tummy truly appreciates it.

I used this companies years ago. I recently decided to start up again and actually got another person in the office to start. At the beginning it was awesome. I got my food on time with no mess ups. Recently I have gotten the wrong order, foods are not labeled, which to me was a plus to know calories and nutritional info.
We called and complained and they gave us a $25 credit. It’s not about the credit but correcting the issues for future. It happened again this week plus we got our fruit today and it has a hair in it. Not happy at all with all this. Sadly I will have to look for another company!

Update..We all know Fit2go has had a very difficult time over the past year….and was a disaster for past 6 months. I cashed out my $1,000 credit and fed the people and staff in my building. Josh…the newly sole owner …personally delivered the meals over 3 days. I was assured the problematic co-owner and husband is no longer with the company. I have used Fit2go every week since 2007. I hope the last 6 months is just a blip … I never want anyone else to receive a sugar free jello cup or yogurt again as a dessert. The website is looking better…and able to access it to order. It is not like it was 2 years ago prior to COVID but that is to be expected. I am changing to 3 stars because of the shake up in ownership and management…the food and website seem to be improving. The people in my building enjoyed the food and were impressed the current owner personally delivered….I will keep checking back frequently to see if this is something that will work for me in the future….
