Where do I begin? First off, upon walking in during the lunch hour, there wasnt the first customer. Just a mile down the street is Wingsville and you cant even getvin the door. Which by the way is kinda the same thing at this location, but its because the door is broken and instead of fixing it, they put a “pull hard” sign on the door. Then I walk in and there is one person working, during lunch hour! He was in the back and said to holla when I was ready to order. I finally called him out to ask him questions about the menu, which he could not answer, so I just had to “wing” it, which was a terrible idea. Once he took my order I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The entrance to the cooking line is right by yhe bathrooms and the floors were so greasy and slippery it was a lawsuit waiting to happen. Upon entering the bathroom I immediately noticed it wasnt clean, the soap dispenser and paper towel holder were both empty and there was a dollar store bottle of soap with water in it, (to make it stretch), and a partial roll of cheap paper towles on top of the holder. When I walked out and slide across the floor to a table to wait for my order, I heard the “cook”/ (insert postion) because it was ONE person, take a phone call of someone complanning that their wings tasted funny and he tried to tell them he gave them blue cheese instead of ranch. Well guess what? My wings tastes funny too and I had ranch. Ranch that looked like blue cheese and tasted like it has been fermenting in the back. Lets just end it here, because I can go on and on. I will not be visiting this place again, and I strongly suggest everyone else avoid it as well! Drive just a little down the street to get the total opposite experience and 100% better wings at Wingsville!

Got the crack wings and chicken freaky fries 10/10. A little expensive but so worth it! First time trying their food today, will definitely be back! Lady at the counter was super sweet!

Tried to order food but the employee’s were clueless and had No idea what they sold. I wanted to know what flavors they had in freaky fries and the young man behind the counter was high or something because he couldn’t tell me anything. I left without even ordering, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Thankfully learned our lesson quick. Food was mostly thrown away, it was disgusting; like kids put it together out of leftovers and dollar store ingredients. They LIED about a few things after playing phone tag with them because of thier phone or website not working. Place wasn’t clean nor inviting definitely will not order again… can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer.

You have truly disappointed me for the last time. It’s like someone who is playing you. You know that they are but yet you keep going back. I’m cutting ties with you because the service is horrible, the food is bad and you guys aren’t trying to change because where is passion. Food is great, beat wings in mobile county. Service is another thing, easy to order, just make sure they got it right. Then it’s the 30 to 45 min wait for your food to be done. Good food just don’t go if your in a hurry.
