Last week the Dubai chocolate shakes were amazing. This week they were already soupy and melted. This was ridiculous for a $12 milkshake. Also the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills. I could barely hear her and she seemed annoyed I was there. See pictures from last week compared to this week.

When I walked in I was surprised it was empty but after the customer service and these reviews, I realized why they are empty. No greeting when you walk in even tho she was in the lobby, she acted like it was so horrible that we were there, rude, rolled her eyes, walked away from us, never spoke to us, nothing. Super disappointing since the food is really good, if I was the owner I would fire that girl and get some new people who know how to speak to customers.

everything was a good experience, from the food to the employees service and the atmosphere, the only thing is that the owner should lower the prices on some items and attach prices on the tv menu. other than that i was a good experience when i went two times.

Every time I go here you enter and are greeted with the worst customer service and attitude. The women workers alway look mad and have the worst faces. They look like they don’t wanna work and it’s not just one it’s all of them. I asked for a fork because they were all out in the front and she huffed/sigh because she had to get one for me and just put it on the counter. I hope the owner really thinks about who he puts in front to work his business.

But ya’ll… some of these recent 1 star reviews are not it. Clearly, they either have never worked in customer service, or don’t understand how detrimental a 1 star review can be to a small business instead of speaking up about an issue at the time of service. If your food wasn’t as expected, I’m sure they would be glad to either comp you or remake it… and if not, then complain to strangers on the internet. To each their own, I guess ♀️

A good place for a fruity craving! A big menu selection and very tasty Mexican antojitos from ice cream to fresh fruits to mini pancakes. I’ve tried the fresas con crema, pina loka, pepiguates and they have all been great. Yes it’s not cheap, but these fruits are not native to the Pacific Northwest and are expensive where ever you go. Give them a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Their snacks are delicious. Their customer service has been HORRIBLE both times we have been there. The girls (different ones both times) working are so rude and have the nasties look on their face. We’re not going back although we live so close by.
