Very nice coffee shop. I got the summer special Honey Rose Latte with light rose and it was wonderful. Such a calm atmosphere at this place. I really enjoys the vibes and the drink. I didn’t get any food but I hope to come back to try their bowls or toasts because they do sound good.

Amazing quality acai. This place is slept on honesty, it’s better than all the other acai places I’ve tried. I ordered the not my birthday bowl and added almond butter. I love how they add the almond butter and granola in the middle NOT on top! Makes it taste so much better and way less messy to eat. 10/10

Definitely the nicest atmosphere and best service I’ve ever had getting an Acai bowl. I tried the fruition bowl which was refreshing and exactly what I needed with this weather. Hannah checked on me to make sure I liked the bowl and helped me decide which one to get which was very sweet of her! I intend to come back often.

My bowl was good. Everything was was very good. Cute spot, I wish they would open their indoor seating. We took our food to the park near by (walking distance) sat there and ate. The store looked clean

I ordered a smoothie and it came out like juice/ watery. I try to support as many small businesses as I can but I was pretty dissatisfied with my order. The staff wasn’t super helpful either. Also super overpriced.

First time because my go to place was closed. Big mistake. I wish I had known that the açaí is pre-made and frozen. Horrible. I got the fruitition bowl minus peanut butter and bananas add honey. The girl put the honey on top of the coconut which made everything stick to the top (thankfully I seen it happening and I just let it go and asked for an extra side of honey to go. Then I Literally had to separate the fruit from the bowl just to get down to the frozen açaí. The granola almost tastes minty. I can say the only good thing is the fruit was fresh. I do not plan on going back. Please invest in larger bowls so I don’t have to separate everything or eat all of my toppings before getting down to the bottle. Not everyone mixes their entire bowl together when they open it.

My visit to your Birmingham location yesterday morning was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a business.
We ordered drinks with a simple request: light milk. What we received instead were drinks that were essentially just milk. When we politely asked for an extra shot of espresso to balance them out, we were met with unnecessary attitude. They chose to remake the drinks — which we initially appreciated — but even that was done wrong. My drink had absolutely no sweetener, and when I asked for a side of sweetener, the girl at the register claimed they had “nothing to put it in.”
Trying to be patient, I brought my coffee back in and asked if they could simply add the sweetener to the drink. Instead of a solution, I was rudely brushed off by the manager, who told me that since they had already remade our drinks, they weren’t going to help further — and then walked away.
We called the store to address the situation, only to be met with even more hostility. The manager accused us of constantly complaining “every time we come in.” When I explained this was my first time visiting Fruition, she flat-out called me a liar and insisted I’m a regular. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she ended the call by telling me to “spend my money elsewhere.”
I’m genuinely appalled by how we were treated. As a Birmingham local, I go out of my way to support small businesses, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I hope this message highlights just how poorly the staff — including management — are representing Fruition.

The ladies who made my coffee and toast were so nice! What a healthy, yummy breakfast option. The coffee was great too!

I visited your Birmingham café yesterday morning, and I’m honestly stunned at how poorly the entire experience was handled. What was supposed to be a quick coffee run turned into one of the most frustrating customer service encounters I’ve had in a long time.I’m beyond disappointed. I try to support local spots whenever I can, but this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is something I can’t ignore. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because what happened here was completely out of line — especially coming from management.

Ordered online with a pickup time of 3:23pm.
Waited and timed the order specifically so that my arrival from miles away would coincide with the ready time.
Although it would normally be a “good thing” to have super fast service… when remote orders are concerned and hot or frozen/nearly frozen food will be sitting out – it’s preferable to keep a tighter pace with the advertised timing.

Our Acai bowls, smoothie, and loaded up toast was ready nearly 20 minutes before projected, and there was nothing I could do to arrive sooner to get it fresh.

My toast was cool, floppy, and a bit wet, and my smoothie was sweating and kindof watery after picking it up “on time”. I don’t think the açaí bowls suffered much… but other reviews have said that the açaí is pretty well frozen to begin with.

That all being said, the smoothie flavor was VERY good (banana pineapple vanilla protein), and the toast flavor was pretty good also – a bit on the sweet side, but satisfying and a nice/interesting mix of flavors. (Dave’s Kller bread, Granola butter, banana, hemp heart, maple syrup)

For the price point, I’d rather not see my healthy-ingredient toast in a styrofoam container, especially if it was warm and it’s placed directly on the styrofoam without a paper liner. It’s a mismatch with the health factor.

I’d definitely eat the food/visit again.
Parking/traffic was easy enough… it’s the tip of downtown and was an easy in & out.
I’d take measures to dial in order timing, skip the maple syrup over the already-sweet granola butter, and try to find a work-around for the styrofoam, though.
