At first I thought just another fast food restaurant. But, this place was very nice! It felt like a bit more home town. It has a much better quality than the traditional fast food brands. Their Halibut sandwich is so much better than any cod fish sandwich I e ever had. They restaurant is very clean. They deliver the food to your table too! This place is #1 over traditional fast food!

I dont normally go out for burgers but when I do, I can always count on Frugles to deliver. Burger, buns, fries and condiments are fresh and delightful! Service always cordial and efficient. My only suggestion is to have tables wiped down on a consistent basis. I walked by several dirty tables when I dined in and they were still dirty when I left. Still excellent food and service!

Nice to have a seats in Frugals in Missoula. Ordered the classic burger,single burger with cheese,onions,lettuce. Had the combo. Fries and a drink. Fry sauce was extra 35 cents. The fries were cold and asked for fresh fries. The second order wasn’t any better. Really disappointed. The restaurant has potential. The time was 3:00 not too busy. The meat could have been fresh off the grill but wasn’t and bit dry and not hot. Restaurant was very clean. Staff were cleaning floors.

Nice Bozeman type of feeling in Frugals. First, there’s the name, which I have to be all the time. The music is nice, the burger, fry, shakes are good and not $30. How refreshing. Quick service. We sat outside and that was a treat.

The people are very nice but the food isn’t as good here as it is at the Brooks Street Frugals. The hamburgers are really dry. And the music is way too loud and weird. I love the burgers at the Brooks street location but not so much at this location. I’ve tried it 4 or 5 times now and it’s always disappointing.

Big shoutout to Ryan and the crew that worked tonight, the night before Thanksgiving. I ordered dinner for my family via DoorDash. The driver took a picture of my solo bag on the counter and I was handed the solo bag sealed with a large sticker and I was missing 3 items in my order. I called and talked to Ryan and told him what happened, he offered to remake the food and I can come pick it up or store credit. I choose to have them remake the food and I come in. He didn’t know I live within 10 minutes so I took it as a challenge in a way. I got there and a young man was cleaning the soda machine and greeted me. Ryan soon popped his head around the corner confirming my name and grabbed my food and nearly ran it to me apologizing and offering fry sauce or anything else I needed.
