The burger was uncooked,the wings and fries smelled like burnt grease. The wings were either hard or had a little bit of blood in the inside. Never again! 61.34 wasted.This was on Wednesday night by the time I got home and realized how the food was I tried to contact them they had done closed,although on google they have they close at 12,so yes I put it in the fridge I called all day Thursday they never opened up. So I called Friday once I got off and whoever answered act as if it wasn’t a big deal, I was never offered to bring the food in and I am a mother I will never tell my kids to eat that foolishness yes they had done started eating but when I saw the pink on my baby burger I took it ,I will say this was the first time I experienced the food like that and I have went there a few times.

My friends and I visited last night. The renovations that they’ve done to the place are beautiful. The place was very lively and packed. I sampled several of the appetizer. I think the best appetizer on the menu is the blue crab fingers. The lemon pepper wings were fried good and we’re piping hot, but they didn’t have enough lemon pepper seasoning on them . I also ordered the shrimp and cheese quesadillas but the server brought out cheese quesadillas. They didn’t have enough servers so the wait for food and drinks was long, but the servers was very friendly and tried hard to keep up. They also was running out of food, but I don’t think they expected those crowds. All in all, I had a good time and I think when they hire adequate help, things will be even better. My girls and I all agreed that we’ll be back.

Pretty cool place to eat and drink those frozen drinks, they was great. But The waitress came to the table like 10 times in less than 30 minutes and we was eating and drinking chilling, few minutes later she bring us the check without even ask if I want the check already, Was like 7 pm not too many people so I don’t understand the insistance for kicking people off the place if we are consuming. Other than that those drinks are dope !

My group of five arrived at Frozen Paradise around 6 PM and stayed until 10 PM. During that time, we spent between $200 and $300 on food and drinks, trying to have a good experience and enjoy the evening. Things took an unexpected turn, however, when security performed a body check for weapons. While I understand the need for safety, the situation became frustrating when, after completing the search, the security guard insisted on checking me again, even though I had been there for hours already, enjoying my time with friends. Earlier, we had received wristbands from the same guard while eating, indicating that we arrived before the more stringent security measures kicked in at 10 PM.
The situation escalated further when I tried to settle my tab after a tense exchange with the owner and security. The owner made it clear that the security guard had more authority, even though I had been at the venue well before the guard’s shift and had been following all the rules, including paying for my food and drinks. After this, I went back inside to make sure my tab was taken care of, and this time, the security guard simply waved me through, no pat-down, no acknowledgment.
What frustrated me the most was how other people at the venue, who had been socializing with me, were confused by what had happened. They saw how the establishment turned on me, making it seem like I was being disrespectful to the owner, when in fact, I had done nothing wrong. It felt like my loyalty as a paying customer was completely disregarded in favor of the security guard’s authority, despite the fact that I had been there long before he arrived.
This whole experience was disappointing, especially after spending so much money and time trying to enjoy the atmosphere and support the business. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure I’ll return after the way I was treated.
To make matters worse, this is my family we’re talking about, and I just felt so disrespected by how the entire situation was handled. The waiter, bartender, and even the owner all acknowledged us, but it felt like none of that mattered when the situation went south.

The food is really really good. I had the wings and the fried shrimp. I tell you what, I was looking for more shrimp and couldn’t stay out of my sisters wings. Definitely will be back for the food. The people that work there are so very nice. And the food came out pretty fast.

Absolutely amazing! Had a great conversation with the manager. Such a sweet sweet god loving lady! Will definitely be going here more often. Food made the experience even better.. husband had the shrimp i got the chicken… drinks were on point love love loved this place..

I come to this establishment occasionally for drinks. However, this time there was a fly fried onto my shrimp. The manager watched me send my food back and when I tried to tried with her she sent someone else over to throw my food away. She never came over to apologize for their error. Nor did she offer a coupon to ensure that I was satisfied. Worse experience ever. I normally don’t leave reviews but this business is horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would.
