Extremely disappointed with the service and honesty at this establishment.
I ordered a shot of Don Julio Reposado, and what I received did NOT smell or taste like Don Julio at all. Five people in my party tasted it and confirmed it wasn’t what I ordered.
When I asked the bartender if she actually poured me Don Julio Reposado, she said yes. I explained it didn’t taste like it and politely requested they open a new bottle and pour me a fresh shot to verify. She refused and basically gaslit me, insisting it was Don Julio when MULTIPLE people confirmed it absolutely was not.
This is particularly frustrating because we’re locals who actively support local businesses in Conyers. We want to see places like this succeed, but being dishonest about what you’re serving – especially when it comes to premium liquor – is completely unacceptable.
If you’re going to charge for top-shelf liquor, you need to actually pour what customers order. The lack of accountability and refusal to simply verify with a fresh pour from a new bottle speaks volumes about the integrity here.

I was contemplating on leaving a review but I wanted to in order to give constructive criticism.
The atmosphere was great, good vibes and music.
The service was just alright in my opinion. The part of the service that rubbed me the wrong way was the waitress not letting us know that there was an automatic gratuity on all bills. Yes it’s on the menu but you’re viewing a menu from your phone and it is literally the last line of the all the way at the bottom. Realistically, who is scrolling all the way at the bottom if all the food is at the top and middle of the menu? Not knowing of this, we gave extra tip not knowing that we were already being charged for a tip. This could have also been made aware if she just printed the bill for us but she didn’t, she just showed the screen of the tab and we paid. It’s rubbing me the wrong way because it feels a bit deceiving. We were truly enjoying the atmosphere that it didn’t click right away. This can deter people from wanting to come back.
The wings were amazing but the pizza was not. I was actually shocked because we used to frequent the other location and the pizza was freshly made. This time, the pizza seemed like it was a frozen pie that was served. Idk if there’s a difference between the medium and large but the medium we received yesterday was subpar to say the least and it’s shocking because i saw someone post a picture of their pizza and ours looked NOTHING like that.
I will be visiting again and I hope that it will be a better experience.

I haven’t hit a happy hour in forever, so I was happy to stop by Frozen Notes and enjoy their happy hour! The bartender was nice and friendly. The drinks/daiquiris were good, too. The wings and pizza were okay decent bar food, with lovely prices. I’ll def be back.

I needed some me time. All of us do. I like to go to spots ive never tried. First customer service was A1. My server Vee was AMAZING!!! She made sure I was raking care of the entire time. I love a good pizza and eggroll. So when I saw both on the menu it was a no brainer. And then the drank. Yesssssss!!!!! The music, was laid back and a whole vibe . I will be back sooner then later. Finally Conyers!!!!!!

Grown & Sexy spot not far from home. Drink specials of the night were $2 Daiquiris which were yummy and Hella strong. Wings and bar pies were very good. Crowd was lively too. DJ spun good tunes but for a karaoke spot there wasn’t much karaoke this night. DJ loved his job a little too much and either spun or sang along with some songs on the mic. If you’re going to host karaoke cut the tunes, let people sing and shut up for awhile.

The bigger place is ok but there is no place for non smoking hookah guest. We was at a table of 6 with NO SMOKERS around us enjoying the night. Then the servers moved 2 tables together by our table that started smoking hookah and we was surrounded by smoke. My 2 friends and I went on the back patio/porch to get away from the smoke, and was told by the security guard that we can’t be on the porch and had to go down on the covered section of the ground where the cigar smokers were at, that we was trying to get away from. Don’t think I will go back no time soon, unless they get a non smoking section. Everyone don’t want to leave smelling like weed, and cigars..

Nice spot to grab a bite and vibe. I ordered the wings and cluck salad and he ordered wings. Of course, we had the frozen drinks and they were nice and strong, worth every penny. If I could change anything, it would be to have the freshly hot chicken served separately from my salad because the heat makes the lettuce soft/withered but it was still good cause I bought it home . We sat in the front because the bar/ karaoke area didn’t have enough seating but it was fine because it allowed us time to talk and listen to the music in the background. I definitely recommend a visit.

I went here for my birthday last night and it was amazing . The staff made me feel at home. Think her name was Mariah our bartender ❤️. The Dj Tony T was great. He played music for the crowd he had. Lol it wasn’t a very big play like I thought but it was perfect. Drink were great NOT watered down. Price was very affordable. I will be back.

The salads are very good and flavorful if you want something lighter. Please go by and support our new family business in Old Town Conyers. YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED !
