Our service was so bad. She left his beer on the bar until it was warm. We had to ask another waitress for bread and sour cream for our bake potatoes. The had to ask her again to To go boxes and our check. She did not even speak when she brought. We will never be back!!

Sub par service really sold it for me here thy were not even busy and it took me ten minutes after sitting at the bar to get a beer, ordered th Louisiana shrimp& chicken pasta and it was bland as hell i swear the British season their food more. They did have a live band peforming out back on th patio but ibdont stay past their warm up session.

I can see how this place might be good for groups of 4 or less, or just for grabbing drinks and hanging out. But they are definitely not prepared or capable of handling large parties. Our group called in advance and reserved a table for 25 and when we got there, we only had a table for 18. The servers were not friendly, some food took 20 minutes to arrive and some took an hour and a half, the food made me and others in our group sick, and I know for a fact my bill should’ve only been $35-$40, but the bill I got was for $50. If that included gratuity then that’s fine, but there was no indication on the bill that it was included so I have no idea. Also, we arrived at 7 and were not charged a cover charge, but when the band started playing at 8:45, a group of workers came around demanding $5 each for a cover charge. Like seriously haggling us in the middle of us trying to eat. And who carries cash anymore? And why did you not charge us at the door? The band was good though, probably the best part of the whole ordeal. Will not be coming back, that’s for sure.

Went in there to have dinner and drink… Only made our drinks, DIDN’T come back to take food order for 20 minutes…had it been busy I could understand. It was literally a ghost town in there…when she finally decided she wanted to take our food order we were angry and wanted our check. Bartender is a specific word I will not dignify to say. Second time this has happened there…was hoping this time would be different. Will never go back. Thank you old bank in Russellville for better service!!!

Went to Front Street last evening. Once we were finally waited on, our server Amy was great. They were fairly busy, but we have seen it much busier. Food was horrible, drinks were ok, but the music was good. We ordered a 12″ single topping pizza that would have made the cheapest frozen pizza ashamed. The food there has never been stellar, but last night was particularly bad. Again, nothing Amy did because she was covering a larger section than planned, but next time we’ll skip the food.
