My son and I stopped here at Destiny USA. We wanted something different. We both ordered fries and a hot dog. Fresh hand cut fries with the perfect amount of salt and crispness! They were the best fries ive had in a very long time if ever! The hot dog was a Nathan’s hot dog and it was also just as good. The bun was great too. The price was a bit steep…30 bucks for the combo for fries hot dog and a 20 Oz soda for 2 people…thats like 5 for fries 5 for hot dog and 5 for soda. But….thay are darn good. I highly recommend trying them. Maybe get individual hot dog and the shareable fries size as they are that good! The poutine we saw made for others looked really good…we will try next time! Thanks for the great fries!

I would avoid this establishment at all costs. We waited in line for over 10 min with only two people in front of us. Two people were working extremely slow. Then four people were working then just one woman.We ordered and waited over 25 min for one order of fries and one sandwich. The woman working told everyone standing in line to go away they weren’t taking orders. When she finally asked me what I had ordered and I told her she looked baffled. She asked for my receipt. They never gave me a receipt! I told her to forget it and we left having paid and gotten no food.

The staff was very rude to me, after I ask where my food was after waiting 15 plus mins. After they argue with the customer in front of me for the same reason. Then it was my turn to be talked down to. The supervisor and store manager played like I as a customer don’t matter. I am appalled and will never go there again. I will let family, friends, and anyone else who will listen, know how bad the service was and is.

Pretty descent fries. We ordered the standard poutine and got steak out on it. I saw others get cheese fries with bacon which looked really good. Let’s face it, you don’t go to a mall food court to get a gourmet meal. This was worth the price in taste, quantity, and speed of service.

Very rude woman who waited on us. Complaining about not wanting to be there before ringing us up.
When the food came out she gave me 1 poutine and 1 kids meal. I ordered 2 poutine. When I went to grab the other one she put down she said that’s not for you. I didn’t ring you out for 2. I showed her the receipt she snatched it out of my hand. Rudely said I guess she has another pourine.The gentleman that was working with her came over and apologized. She asked him in front of me why he was apologizing she didn’t do anything wrong. He gave me my food after a minute or so waiting for fries to be fresh.
The woman kept repeating I don’t know why you are apologizing I didn’t do anything wrong.
I have gone here many times and never encountered someone as rude as her.

I went a little over an hour before they closed for food on my break, and after waiting 5 minutes someone finally came out but then ignored me. He had completely cleaned out everything then when I asked if they were open he responded rudely with if you only want a hot dog.

There was a talk guy my fries weren’t crispy enough they weren’t the normal fry I dont know if they cook the food unproper when there is a long line but the food was terrible to much cheese curds on my medium poutine totally awful would never eat there again , The back also was very dirty spotted a roach by the cooler

I’ve been here a handful of times over this past year and every time I come here the food is always great. And surprisingly the staff is very friendly, the other day one man was holding down the fort all by himself and he still took the time to talk to everyone who came by and made sure that every order was hooked up to the max. That type of hard work and energy is infectious and made a lasting impression on me. Kudos and respect
