We have been going to Friends for some time now and absolutely love their food. They are a great local eatery with a flavorful, clean and varied buffet. You may also order from the menu at all times. The chicken korma is one of the best I have ever had. There are also lots of options for vegetarians. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. I like that they remember us from one time to the next. I would highly recommend Friends to experienced eaters of Indian food as well as those who want to try it for the first time. You will not be disappointed.

Eating here was a great experience! They had simple, delicious Indian food. The buffet was a great value with all your favorite dishes or even some new ones to try. There is also a full menu with more specific and traditional dishes. Service was extremely friendly. We will be back for sure!

Orlando, FL. A good introduction to Indian food. They have something for everyone. The buffet was the perfect sampler of their mainstream popular dishes: excellent chicken biryani, butter chicken, chicken tandoori, curry chicken, curry vegetables, aloo pakora (breaded potatoes deep fried), basmati rice, pilaf, green salad, raita, green chutney, tamarind sauce, rice pudding and gulab jamun for dessert. Their lentil soup was mildly spiced and I thought it needed salt but there was salt on the table and someone else might like it not so salty; it had great flavor otherwise. Oh, they had great looking naan, too. My Indian friend who will not go to Indian restaurants would say the food wouldn’t be spicy enough for them because he grows his own peppers to cook with. I did notice they had hot peppers on the buffet though; skinny green peppers, maybe Serrano?

Definitely a great place to taste something new and different. My first time eating Indian food and it is to die for. The atmosphere is peaceful, the buffet is a bit small but great selection and the service is wonderful. Definitely will be coming back.

Hidden Gem!! Finally stopped by today for the lunch buffet and was so glad I did. Many chicken and vegetarian options. Great tasting Naan, Chutney, and Tamarind sauces and a nice little fresh salad and fruit options. The atmosphere inside was very nice and modern (a pleasant surprise since the exterior is very basic). The service staff was very pleasant and attentive. Do yourself a favor and stop by soon!!

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in a while. The food is great, the servers were friendly and attentive. And though the place is small, it is well decorated and had athentic Indian music and movies playing in the dining room. The samosas and aloo pakoras were absolutely fresh and delicious. The Tandoori chicken arrived on a sizzling hot cast-iron platter and was tender and juicy, surrounded by caramelized onions and peppers. The chicken korma was perfectly spiced as we requested, and had a delicious taste and consistency. The garlic naan was exquisite, fresh and crispy. Everything good to say about this place, we plan on returning son!

We went for dinner so we missed the buffet . The food tasted really, really good, the servings weren’t huge but the taste was. Our server was this young Cuban lady….she helped us a lot and explain a few things from the menu. She definitely was polite, friendly and helpful. In short, although the restaurant appearance might not be glamorous and flashy when looking from outside, they do cook very well. Highly recommended!!!
