We ate in for dinner and were impressed with the welcoming, attentive service. We each had a 3 item special, which includes an appetizer, main course and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Their portion sizes were just right for each course. My quesadilla was delicious with a dipping sauce that was the right level of spicy. I tried a new flavor, butter crunch, and it is my new favorite. It tastes like dulche de leche with tiny crunches of a buttery caramel. The restaurant was an easy walk from our hotel.

Stopped in on 2/19/23 at 5:05pm with my 3 children one being on crutches. The woman said we would be seated in a minute. I was thinking we got lucky since there were only 2 tables. 5 minutes go by and I asked a man who was stocking silverware in front of us if we were gonna be seated. He said yeah, soon we don’t have any servers. I use the bathroom and of course no toilet paper, then come out to stand for another 15 minutes and nothing. I could see at least 4 employees who were giving all their attention to the drive through. I understand many places are short staffed, but this was ridiculous! If you can’t handle your business juggling a drive through and restaurant then you should pick one or the other. Also, if that’s the case with no servers close the restaurant section. There are too many good restaurants around this place to accept this type of service! I was giving this place a second chance since a couple years ago it was disgusting, but I see nothing has changed. Had to walk out with my 3 disappointed children. This was a childhood staple of mine and use to walk over with my mom, but this place is clearly nothing like it was in the 90s..

Yummy food and then delicious dessert! My dinner was delicious, hot tasty New England Clam Chowder and Philly Steak & Cheese Super-melt with crispy French Fries followed up with a Butter Crunch thick and frothy milkshake.

Brought my family in for dinner around 8:30pm and were seated but never waited on. We waited about 15 minutes and watched 2 servers serve other tables. There was probably a total of 6 tables in there at the time. We waited and no one approached us nor said anything such as “we will be right with you”. I certainly understand being patient but that too long to not be acknowledged. We left and will not be back.

Man made my salad bare hands and touched each item for 1000 dollar Cobb with same no gloved hands. Cross contamination at its finest…. so we left. Thankfully a lady sitting close to counter seen and let us know. We haven’t been back.

Came in for lunch today at 12:20pm. Waited 20 min for seating, which was fine. Were seated then waited another 25 min before waiter took our drinks order, and we ordered food then. 25 min later the waiter asked several questions about our order and we realized our order was being entered. We’ve now been here for over an hour with no food in sight. Took another 25 min for food to come and several items left out. Took 20 min more to get missing items, parts of main entree. Ordered ice cream before missing items were delivered. Waited 20 more min for ice cream, and some were half melted. We politely let the manager know we’d been here 2+ hrs and she apologized but didnt offer to take anything off the bill. My entree was not good quality.

We ordered the honey bbq supermelt and the grilled chicken mozza supermelt. The food was great hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant was bright and clean. The service was fast and friendly. We’ll definitely be going here again.
