This is an excellent Friendly’s. By far the best one I’ve been to. My family of 10 ate here a couple days ago for dinner and our waitress and the staff were all so friendly and our food came out fast and was fresh and so delicious. Highly recommend the honey bbq burger, loaded waffle fries and the hunka chunka PB fudge ice cream. Can’t wait to come back!

Lisa R was very attentive and understanding. We really didn’t know what we wanted to eat, we just knew we wanted ice cream. I got the Captain’s platter with a butter crunch junior fribble. My food was fresh and hot and my ice cream was delicious. The banana split sundae was filling for my granddaughter.

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Friendly’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but what made my visit truly special was Tae, my server. Tae was outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and kindness turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. The restaurant was spotless and welcoming. Aside from their a/c seemingly being on the fritz (the restaurant was hot, but still a little cooler than outside), Friendly’s was great! Delicious food, kind and attentive staff, and I loved all the ice cream selections! I ended up getting the Forbidden Fudge Brownie Sunday, and it was so yummy! I also had their bacon cheeseburger and quite enjoyed it, just juicy and nostalgic.

The waitress (Shirley) is so efficient and pleasant that I remembered her from one visit to another Friendly location over one year ago. The place is dated and worn but clean!!! The food is good and the desserts are fabulous. My favorite combination is the clam roll sandwich followed by a medium Reese‘s Pieces, ice cream sundae for dessert. Yum. This is my go-to place when I need a special treat.

We aren’t from the area. We come inside two men at the front just stare at us we ask where do we go to sit to eat. One man tells us to go find a seat so my family did including my elderly grandmother. As we are walking past the white boy with greasy hair and glasses who didnt speak and was mean mugging us the entire time then tries to say underneath his breathe “we should’ve put the wait to be seated sign” AFTER WE WERE TOLD TO FIND A SEAT. So I then asked him do you want me to call my family back to the front then because we were told to find our own. He scoffs at me and says “whatever” then as I get to the table with my family the server comes up and starts yelling at my mother that there is a sign up above. WHICH WE DID NOT SEE AND AGAIN WE WERE TOLD TO FIND A SEAT. We decide everyone is incredibly rude and disgusting behavior so as we are leaving the server continues harassing my mother about the sign. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute trash workers. Don’t care how the food is it isn’t worth the filth they spew from their mouths to their customers. I am absolutely livid with what my family had to deal with here. And owner do not try to comment some stupid thing to email you blah blah we will never be coming to this business ever again. Change the name of your business.
If you want good food AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I would recommend Bob Evan’s not far from here. Amazing staff food and the restaurant is so much nicer in general. ☺️

Our server Jackie was Friendly, see what I did there……. She provided great service and cares about what she does. Eric is her manager, he is providing solid guidance to his team. It shows.
We grew up with Friendlys in Glenville NY, this was the first time back in a Friendlys in over 20years.
Of course things change, but many are still as they were.
We had a good meal, and ice cream. Great back then, great now.

Friendly’s has sadly been going downhill. Food is not as good and prices are up. Only saw 3 other parties there despite staying 3 hours to talk. I came this time because I didn’t want to spend Texas Roadhouse money, but turns out it’s not much cheaper anymore with some items, such as the beef tips, actually costing more. Ice cream is fine, although I thought the cookie dough friend-z used to have actual cookie dough ice cream and not just the lame chunks, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, will probably be my last visit to this location, but it’s the same story at others (the ones that are still in business anyway)
