They were extremely disrespectful to my wife when she tried to get the free sundae they are doing with the meal. She forgot to put in the code and their excuse was they can’t have anyway to look up if it goes with your order? Maybe just look at the order, not to mention the soup she got for herself she just seen when we got home was not even halfway full not to mention she asked for a hard boiled egg on her little salad they gave her and it wasn’t even half an egg you can see in the picture. Extreme rip off and disappointed with the service highly don’t recommend this friendly’s, they were anything but what the name suggests.

Absolutely five stars for the waitress, who learned our names, anticipated our needs, was timely, and super friendly. She made the whole experience for us and our kids.
The food was as reliably average, which is what you want in a place where it feels like the franchise owners are holding out for a better lease somewhere else. And the kids menu entree came with ice cream!
The whole staff was friendly, and the tables were pretty well kept. It was kinda quiet when we came in, so the seating options were many.

It has been nearly 30 years since I’ve been at a Friendly’s. The Reeses Peanut Butter Sundae is as good as I remember. The ice cream is very good. The chocolate sauce is just Hershey syrup. The peanut butter sauce is good as well.

Got the Southwest pasta and the brownies and ice cream for dessert. The waitress had a lovely personality and was good at her job. It’s always a tasty meal in pretty big portion sizes and reasonably priced too, thankful to have a Friendly’s in my area

Service was fast, sociable, and took time to talk to me and make a connection. I’m sad to see so many locations close over the years but glad I found one open along the path I was traveling. I love the ice cream and have to ask you to stop and try a Sunday if you get a chance.

The food was okay! However the inside and Especially and I mean Especially the outside was absolutely disgusting, the amount of dirt, dead bugs and other sorts of filth on the outside of the building was a very big turn off… it makes you wonder about the conditions of the kitchen and the food safety of the establishment. Hopefully one day the place will have ownership that cares about cleanliness!!!!! Do better friendlys
