Food and service were good. However, the restaurant needs a remodel, both on the inside and outside. This includes, the carpet, furniture and lighting. Also, the ventilation system does not work well, as the kitchen smell permeates throughout the sitting area.

I have always loved Friendly’s so I was excited to have dinner here last night. The restaurant is small compared to other locations, and as soon as we entered, you can really see how smokey it is from the kitchen seeping into the guests tables, it was a bit uncomfortable—need to improve their ventilation system.
Our server was awesome, friendly and attentive! Food is always on point (my favorite is the Chicken Tenders), but the service/wait time was not good. Appetizer (Chicken Quesadilla) took a very long time to come out and so did our Strawberry Milkshake. Ice cream here is the best, so always save room!

came in tonight and was seated right away, very nice staff. the food was great. I want to apologize to the manger that seated us, very sweet girl. I thought there were crumbs on my seat so I asked her if she can wipe down the booth, she did. I got smart with her because I thought there were crumbs still left behind she politely told me there’s dry paint on the booth and if I want she can move me to another table. definitely a misunderstanding and didn’t mean to look like a jackass in friendlys. she remained nice and held her composure.. sorry for being a karen I hope I didn’t wreck anyone’s mood with my negativity

Quick service and hot food. Great wait staff — Kennedy was super friendly and attentive. Came here for a weekday breakfast with my son. I had the Big-Two-Do for $5.99. He had the breakfast sliders. Server accommodated my gluten intolerance by swapping out extra meat, which was much appreciated.

My mom and I love Friendly’s! I love the soda and all the ice cream. We love the chicken quesadillas and the turkey club super melts and our favorite thing are the onion rings!! Friendly’s never disappoints!
