Takes me back to the 1980s. The burgers are so much better than the big three nationwide hamburger fast food joints. Also since those places have been raising prices like crazy there are minimal differences in prices but the quality of the food is so far above the rest.

Bbq chicken supermelt was fantastic. Not too greasy. Everything came out quickly and server was very attentive. It was a great turn around after a numerous terrible experiences at the Naugatuck location.

Stopped in for ice cream and went to the take out counter inside. The store was not too busy. There were 3 staff behind the counter cleaning when I arrived. They continued to clean, for about 3 minutes until acknowledging me. I placed an ice cream order and the staff made it without washing their hands after having been cleaning. They did have gloves on, but still I was disappointed. There was no manager on duty, at least this was what the staff at the ice cream counter stated.

We had a great experience and Friendly’s in North Haven! Our server Nora was super attentive and friendly, and even brought us refills without being asked. This location can be hit or miss but lately they have really upped their game.

I have completely been heartbroken. I have been a die hard Friendlys advocate since childhood. Today I was brought the news that they have discontinued my favorite ice cream, nuts over caramel. The reason I make trips to friendlys has completely been taken from me and I no longer wish to be hurt like this ever again. I am in disbelief that an ice cream flavor with so many fans, was completely taken from us. Truly I am unsure if I will ever recover.
