Stopped in for early dinner. Talk about nostalgic – don’t remember the last time I went to a Friendly’s. I thought they all closed. Started with mini mozzarella sticks which were delicious. Then both HAD to get the honey bbq chicken melt. The food was great plus two diet cokes. Service was okay. I was honestly shocked at the price… how has the sandwich I used to pay $8 for now doubled in price haha. Total was $50 plus tip….

We got a mac & cheese, bacon burger with fries which was very good. We also had a garden salad, waffle fries, side of broccoli and a happy ending sundae. All were very good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Would definitely be back. Maybe for breakfast.

I used to love friendlys but the food has been going more and more down hill. This is just inedible at this point. My “grilled” cheese is almost completely white and the bread is hard as a rock and stale. The cheese isn’t melted, it’s just two pieces of cheese slapped on stale bread. I’m really disappointed at how bad the food has gotten. I’m not normally picky about the quality here because I know what Im getting going into it, but I can’t even eat this.

I usually come once a month to this location and I am fully understanding of the 15-25 and sometimes even 30 minute wait before you get sat! But today was quite the ordeal and I feel I should share it. People were behind us and seating there selves and grabbing their own menus and the waitress and hostess were having a full blown disagreement in front of my family and other customers. The hostess was being very kind explaining how customers should not seat themselves which I personally agreed that it shouldn’t happen but did not speak up on the matter as we were patiently waiting. I am not sure what kind of establishment this restaurant has turned into but I was in shock. My mother tried to ask if we were going to be seated soon as she is disabled and can’t stand for long, but the woman she asked was giving attitude and such tone to an elderly woman expressing fustration of how she just got there and clocked in. My family and myself have never been treated in such a way we ended up leaving and going elsewhere as causing a scene is ridiculous. To management: if your staff is overwhelmed, consider hiring more staff or have a manager on the floor helping atleast seat your customers or being drinks. To the waitress letting customers seat themselves, please help guide your customers and atleast seat them and bring drinks. My family is very patient and understanding, but to be treated in such a way is beyond me. I will not be returning to this place any time soon. I hope your team can be kinder to each other especially in front of customers and I hope your team gets more help for the floor. The indolence of your current staff/team should be reviewed by management!

I love how they have half sandwich with a side….soup, salad, fries, whatever you like. I was full after my sandwich so brought home my salad, which was still fresh the next day! Our coffee Fribbles were the best!! I wish there were more Friendly’s around.

Should have left when the parking lot was clearly unkempt and icy.
The place was gross all around. Food all over the floor. The table we were seated at didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. It had some kind of very questionable white goo on it. They “ran out” of the mac and cheese for the bacon mac and cheese burger even though It was only 3:15pm and not at all busy. The bacon on the burgers was clearly microwaved and gross. The burgers were also disgusting. Wendy’s has a fresher burger. They also charge $1 to have pickles on your burger but dont disclose this as an up charge.
Server seemed to have an attitude problem and just generally wasn’t super friendly.
We definitely won’t be back.

I haven’t been here in about 3 years because the last time I came in, there was much to be desired. That being said, I came in for lunch today with my son and had Kayla as our server. She was wonderful and very attentive. She didn’t linger at our table and checked on us in appropriate times.
The food could have been better. Basic French fries that were barely warm and my wrap was drenched in honey mustard. My son was happy with his meal of mac and cheese with fries. Honestly, our mini mozzarella sticks were probably the best of our warm food.
Ice cream is always on par here and that makes since since Friendly’s is known for their ice cream and it never disappoints.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight. I went in for an ice cream cone at 9pm for take out. Decided on a banana split instead. You can’t really drive and eat a split, so I sat at a booth. I was the ONLY customer. Alexis the waitress asked me to move to a different booth, I complied. She said the booths over here were her tables and those other booths might not be clean. Odd. I told her I was waiting for a banana split, she said take out orders are not allowed a booth but it was ok bc there were no other customers. Then she argued with the fountain guys about me telling them to mind their own business. Embarrassing. She told the fountain guys he’d have to clean my booth. Odd. An older couple arrived and were seated next to me. Immediately this waitress told the lady that her drink was not allowed in here. She had a fountain drink with about one ounce left in the clear cup. The waitress forced her to give it up so she could throw it out. My banana split was great though.

Time to shut this location down like the others. Went last night and service was terrible. 2 kids meal a steak super melt and a quesadilla for me. Make 2 of the foods brought out. Another came out after. Then my quesadilla literally didn’t come out until everyone was done eating. It literally took almost a hour to get my meal. While waiting for mine which was the last of our table I watched multiple other tables food come out. Wait staff didn’t seem to care that it was taking so long. Also for the same price next time I will go to Texas Roadhouse and get a real meal with better service.
