Had been a while since I’d been in for pizza. But this time when I received it, it was made with Provel cheese, NOT Mozzarella(like it was in the past…I believe). Now, I don’t know if you can order it with Mozzarella instead, but I didn’t even see a “specific cheese” named on the menu. Unfortunately if THAT is the only choice now, I won’t order it again.

We were there at 530pm on a Tuesday. There was a good crowd of regulars, we are not from there. The food was okay but the service could use a little improvement. Although the staff seemed pleasant, there wasn’t much interaction. Their priority was pouring shots for the regular drinking crowd. Not bad mouthing the regulars, they were friendlier than the staff…

Definitely a dive but my favorite bar food around. Don’t be afraid to ask questions if it’s your first time ordering food on the process (sometimes you order at the kitchen, sometimes at the bar, other times they’ll wait on you at your table). Great fish on Fridays and weekly specials.
