I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich overeasy. I received over hard/ maybe medium. Not what I wanted. Also staff, touched their hair and nose and then someone’s bagel. No gloves.
I thought gloves have to worn if food was not going to be cooked by the consumer. We won’t be back.

Stale and hard, opposite of fresh.
It’s a shame the bagels were so stale as I don’t eat bagels that often and was looking for a new bagel place since moriches bagel changed owners and went cheap on there bagels.
The bagels here were very stale and hard, you better have very good teeth to be able to bite through these bagels. And this is at 8:30 in the morning when they should be warm soft and hot still.
If you talk about false advertising, the name of this establishment is far from the truth.

We got a dozen bagels and a hungyman. The hungryman was awesome. It was not greasy and had the perfect amount of meat and potatoes. The bagels are always fresh and taste great.

My husband just walked in at 8:20 AM on a Sunday. Three girls were in there with their backs turned to him. Nobody greeted him or asked him what he wanted and he walked right out. Not one customer was in there besides him. Good way to lose a loyal customer and maybe you should get up from your stool while you’re sitting there doing nothing.

Place was a joke,was like a playground w all the kids working there,waited 25min for bacon and cheese and cr.cheese bagel. The wait wasn’t even worth it ,home fries tasted like dirt!! Won’t be going back there again!!

Good coffee, decent bagels, clean establishment, and accurate, but borderline rude service.
It wasn’t busy when we arrived, so I was able to place my order within just a few minutes. I was greeted with impatient eyes that matched her discouraging frown. Now, I understand that people have bad days, but in the service industry you have to do your best not to reflect those feelings to your customers. I was tempted to just excuse myself and take my family elsewhere, but I decided to stay.
I ordered one egg everything bagel with regular cream cheese, and then asked what other flavors were available. Her frown deepened and she snapped with a stiff point from her pen below the counter to her left, “They’re right there!” I half expected a wooden ruler to come crashing down on my head for asking such a ridiculous question. I decided that a cranberry walnut would go well with a cinnamon raisin bagel and added that to my order.
“Drinks?!”, she snapped. I replied, “two coffees, one small and the other….”. I peered over to where the cups were stacked to judge a larger size. A fraction of a second later, “Size?!”. I replied with medium. I then asked the kids if they wanted iced-tea or lemonade. My oldest said iced-tea, and my youngest paused before responding with lemonade. The woman, too impatient to wait for a response, walked off without hearing the rest of my order.
The Coffee station is a do-it-yourself, which is a plus since the only person that can make your coffee correctly is yourself. The station was very clean, but both the milk and half and half were empty. The coffee was hot and tastes great .
Our order was ready before I could finish making the second cup if coffee. We finished our transaction with minimal verbal correspondence.
The bagels were good with an abundance of cream cheese, but definitely didn’t seem “freshy fresh” as the name suggests. The Egg everything bagel was pieced back together with what appears to be two separate tops since each piece is a different shade, probably due to slightly different baking times. It was still good.
Overall, despite the woman being a bit snappy and impatient, I think it it’s worth revisiting. The place is clean, service was fast, and the coffee is good.
