I went from a “make your custom bowl” person to finally trying something new which has turned out to be my absolute favourite – the spicy lemongrass soup. 10/10, would highly recommend. It’s so hearty and still light, perfect after a long day or to cozy up with as the cold weather comes in. The ladies here in SSM pack all my extra toppings in and it always comes out amazing. Sometimes I get an extra order of it to have either later in the night or the next day it’s THAT good. I don’t think I’ll ever grow tired of it but at least I know that trying something new here has already been a great experience. THANK YOU!

Eat here if you want extra protein!! Found this very large insect right on top of a piece of broccoli. Drove all the way back and the two girls working behind the counter didn’t at all seem bothered, and actually seemed irritated that I pointed out how gross it was. Clearly they are not washing their vegetables properly for something this large to make it into someone’s food, makes me wonder how many times other people ordering from here have eaten larvae and other insects. The whole time I was there waiting for them to make another bowl I didn’t get an apology, and the new bowl looked very sloppily made like they rushed it just to get me out of there. Very disappointed in quality of food and customer service. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I wish I had something positive to say about my meal from Freshii that cost me $19 but I don’t. The salad was soggy, way too much dressing. There was added water from somewhere, making this salad a literal lettuce soup. It was so gross I couldn’t eat any more of it. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue with the food quality. The owner is very nice and he accommodated my last issue – and the daughter of the owner made my food last time and it was amazing. This time, not so much. I can’t justify spending a high price on something that I can’t eat. Very disappointed.

Variety of tasty healthy food, the staff are really helpful and nice. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Their frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious and amazing! Don’t miss it out.

Loooove this place. Had a longer than usual wait one day and the Manager gave out coupons for a free meal next time, staff are always super friendly, everything is fresh and amazing. Only wish they had a couple more keto options as a chain. Caulirice would be an amazing option for a bowl, and maybe a keto smoothie option or lower carb option of sorts would be great 🙂

I am a frequent customer, get the same bowl all the time. Teriyaki Twist with Tofu as it’s the one of the only things I can eat, being vegan. I had what looked like a piece of chewed up tofu in my bowl, turns out it was chicken. Realized after I had already eaten another piece. The girl used the same scoops for many of the items because I got spinach and corn in my bowl as well.
