I am a frequent customer and had never had such a negative experience before. The employee who served me showed a very poor attitude and lack of attention while assembling the bowls, even becoming annoyed when I corrected a mistake in my order.

The most serious issue. and the main reason for this review. was a significant food safety and hygiene concern. After making an error, the employee removed sweet potatoes from a bowl that had already been served, which contained chicken, sesame seeds, and a sweet/spicy sauce, and returned the food directly to the shared display tray.

From a food safety standpoint, this is a clear case of cross-contamination, as the food had already come into contact with proteins and potential allergens before being reintroduced into service. This practice is completely unacceptable in a food establishment and poses a real risk to customers with food allergies, potentially leading to severe or life-threatening reactions.

To make matters worse, I was charged for a side that was not included in my bowl. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I strongly hope management urgently reinforces proper food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and staff training.

Love the garlic sticky chicken market table as I’m always a fan of the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Quality as good as Dig and better on some items. Great cauliflower rice or wild rice choices. Love the buffalo chicken wrap. The homemade hot sauce is great as is the hummus.

Not sure why anyone would complain on portion sizes while prices are slightly higher than typical quality is solid and portions always fair to generous.

The staff are inviting and never rush you. Always accommodating and always wearing fresh gloves is great to see too.

My only issue was parking as there’s often no street parking at Atlantic Station so today I went into garage seeing signs everywhere “ask business to validate”.

The elevator was out of service then the stairs lead you to a maze and then the door is locked to Fresh & Co so you have to go outside to enter. Plus, after seeing all the reserved spots for businesses I figured no issues but per the staff Fresh & Co doesn’t validate so to grab to go dinner you must pay for parking and to be honest it’s only $2 but for a 10 minute stop that’s disappointing and will make me think Dig may be a better choice going forward. Hopefully the franchise owner will realize this will cost them some business as clearly the other businesses have reserved parking and do validate.

Fresh & Co in Stamford has become a go-to lunch spot for my team. The food is consistently great — fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of healthy options that actually taste good.

It’s also incredibly convenient for us. It’s quick, walkable from the office, and perfect when we need something reliable without taking too much time out of the workday. The ordering process is seamless, especially with their app, which makes it easy to order ahead and pick up without waiting.

Overall, it’s the ideal weekday lunch spot — quality food, fast service, and super convenient. Our team loves it.

This was my first time here and I loved it! I was immediately greeted with smiles when I walked in and the staff was super friendly and helpful as I navigated the menu. The woman behind the counter (I wish I got her name) took the time to understand what my preferences are and what she should recommend me to try. We went with the chicken shawarma which seems to be a fan favorite! She asked if I was going to be taking photographs of the bowl and said she was going to do her best to make it super pretty for me — so cute. The bowl was delicious, ingredients tasted fresh and very flavorful.

I have heard others complain about parking but I went in the afternoon on a Saturday and was able to find street parking. Fairly accessible on all surrounding roads.

First time customer at fresh&co and the one thing that I noticed upon entering the eatery is it’s open concept. The cold, hot and fresh food is presented nicely. The food looks fresh and ready to be served. The employees were nice and greeted you upon entering. I ordered the falafel grain bowl with a few modifications to accommodate my vegan dietary needs. I had half and half of the quinoa and wild rice and opted the sour cream for hummus. The food was amazingly fresh that even after finishing my bowl, I still felt light and not sluggish. I had the pleasure to meet the owner and a few of the workers on duty. I truly like how fresh&co lives up to their name: fresh. The food feels and tastes fresh! Please give this establishment a visit. Would definitely recommend this eatery to anyone in or around the area.

I’d like to give a big round of applause for the improvements they’ve made since day one. To be honest, this place has been a bit on and off. My first experience was amazing—they had fresh smoothies and salads. When the place first opened, they served really good fried chicken. That was what made me want to come back.

However, I was never able to get that same chicken again after the first visit. On top of that, they charged me extra for the fried chicken but only gave me half the usual portion in the bowl.

Today, the place was packed, and for the first time, they actually filled the salad bowl generously—more than a full serving. The taste has always been consistent, but the service and portion sizes haven’t been.

Overall, I still personally recommend this place—especially the Shanghai Chicken Salad.

I recently started ordering from fresh&co over the past couple of months. To be honest, I had never eaten there before. And was not aware of how good their food really is.Now.I order from there regularly. I order from the location in Stanford.Connecticut on Atlantic street, I must say every time I walk into that location. It’s a friendly environment with professional employees. The food is very good. The location consistently looks clean. If you have not tried fresh&co I suggest you give it a shot. It’s very good and if you’re gonna try it.And you’re in the Connecticut area.I suggest you stop at the Atlantic street location in Stamford. Good job to you all from the manager to all the employees keep up the good work. Have a blessed day to all and remember to smile. Because Jesus loves you.

Staff and vibe are really good there. But! Look at the photos. The food I got has nothing to do with the photos on app.

LOVE this place so much!
A lot of delicious and healthy options to meet my different nutrition needs, in a clean and pretty place.
The best part is the very friendly, caring and sweet people working here, always make me smile whenever I visit (which is mostly 4-5 days a week – I never get tired).
