I have been here many times. This place screams mean girl energy when the boss is there. She doesn’t even make eye contact with anyone unless you look like you came out of the legal hair salon. Majority of the workers seem nice but a bit stuck up. They seem to greet by selection. The food is good but insanely priced considering a lot of their ingredients come from Aldi. I’ve seen them get a delivery through Instacart with my own eyes more than once. I don’t understand how $30 for a smoothie and salad is acceptable but if people will pay it, why not price it that way. I’m guilty of paying this price many times. Also extremely bothered by how hot the jalapeños are yet sweet?? Yucky. Should have non sweet option.

Fresh Twist is a fantastic smoothie and healthy food option in Steubenville, Ohio. I was impressed with the variety of fresh ingredients they offer and the creativity of their menu. I loved the smoothie I tried, it was delicious and refreshing.
I do have allergies to tree nuts and shellfish, which made it a bit challenging to find something on the menu that I could safely enjoy. However, the staff at Fresh Twist were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help me find a suitable option. They took the time to check ingredients and make sure my food was prepared safely, which I really appreciated.
I wish I could have tried more items on the menu, but I was grateful for the effort they put in to make sure I had a safe and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend Fresh Twist to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious meal in Steubenville. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality food is truly commendable.

I have been here 3 or 4 times based on a recommendation and will pass the torch. Place is cute and clean, the people are so lovely and the food is amazing! So far I have tried the Buddha bowl, full of nutrients and pretty dang tasty. The margarita flatbread and the cheese steak flatbread (pictured) both with cauliflower crust. As well as the pb&j smoothie and pistachio smoothie (pictured). I would recommend all 5 of those items. Haha. I would say it is a safe bet going here. So far my favorite is the pb&j smoothie and the cheese steak cauliflower flatbread.

If you’re seeking a good smoothie or healthy meal, look no further than Fresh Twist! Though their prices are a little steep, especially to my student’s wallet, Fresh Twist delivers on their claim to nutritive and delicious menu offerings. Food prep can take a while- when I went here with a couple friends, it took 30 mins in total for us all to get our orders- but it is worth it. I got a smoothie here, and it was very refreshing, filling me up the way a solid meal would. Cute decor in here, too!

I’ve tried most menu items and I’ve always been pleased with the freshness and flavors of everything. Other reviewers have given low stars for price but, as someone who travels and eats out at similar type places often, I do not think they are expensive for the quantity of food that you get. I eat here every time I am in the area!

The food is great but the staff is not very friendly. They never smile at me as if I don’t fit the part to be in the establishment and have been asked for before they handed me my food if it was paid for, as if you can place a pick up order without paying for it. I order at least once a week for over a year and I dread having to go in and get my order

Fresh Twist in Steubenville, Ohio you need to do better. You have absolutely no issues charging outrageous amounts for your products even though your ingredients come from Aldi’s but then you give those who deliver anything to you then you tip less than $5 almost every time regardless of delivery platform. I drive for multiple delivery platforms and not one time has the tip been appropriate for what you are ordering . If you order 25 half gallons of milk have the decency to tip the person delivering to you a decent amount. Not only are you getting a massive discount on your supply charge but it also takes a minimum of 3-5 trips to your parking lot to bring in all your stuff and your staff doesn’t even have to courtesy to hold the door open or help out.Its a very sad business practice so you can save a buck. Seriously do better and stop ripping your delivery team off because you can’t afford or just don’t want to use legit suppliers.
