Fresh Kitchen is a go-to when I want something quick, fresh, and actually healthy. The food tastes clean, the ingredients feel high quality, and they move the line fast without it feeling chaotic. It’s perfect when you want something nutritious but don’t have time to sit around.
My only suggestion would be slightly bigger portions and reconsidering the add-on pricing. Charging $2.50 for a tiny scoop of avocado is kind of wild. Other than that, solid spot for a fast, healthy meal.

I LOVED this place. Food is amazing. I am from Italy and finally I found a place in Orlando where ai can eat well. You can chose your ingredients and make your own plate. The meat was well cooked like the veggies and rice. Girls were pretty and nice. Will go back

Sat down for lunch with my family. The food is fresh and it wasn’t overly priced. They filled up my bowl and I left with a full tummy. Will definitely be back for more. The staff were all super friendly too.

I went in for lunch and it says on their menu it’s $14.99 for a 6 base bowl. Well, by the time I order the 6 base bowl it was $23.14. It’s not worth $23.14. The stuff was crude as well. It would have been nice to have a decent lunch spot since I work right down the street from them. Also, the chef was to busy flirting with the girls that were trying to serve. Very unprofessional. I just spoke to several of my work colleagues and they noticed the same thing. Definitely not worth going in there for food. To expensive and from my perception very crude customer service.
