What a pleasant surprise. My second time having to harvest buffet. Once for dinner and another time for lunch. Big open area that’s brightly lit. typical buffet layout. Everything from dim sum to fresh carved Prime Rib and Italian dishes. Each station has cooks, so if you want a piece of meat a little more well done, you can request it. The desserts a quite delicious too. The price for lunch is 29.95 and I believe dinner is 39.95.

Last night, i visited the Fresh Harvest buffet at the Hard Rock and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations.

The line to get in was about 40 minutes, which already set the tone for a long wait before even sitting down. You pay before being seated and credit card tips are paid as well. After we were seated, our server arrived several minutes later, but the overall food quality did not justify the wait.

Several items were extremely salty, especially the prime rib, New York steak, and even the garlic knot. On the other hand, many of the other dishes had the opposite issue and were very bland, with almost no seasoning – meatballs, short rib, bread pudding… The carrots were so hard they were not edible, which suggests they were undercooked.

Ironically, the only item that tasted normal and was actually enjoyable was the garlic mashed potatoes.

Even the desserts were bland and disappointing.

After dinner I ordered a double espresso, which is something I regularly drink after meals, so I’m familiar with the proper portion. What was served was clearly not a double, despite being presented as one.

Overall, between the long wait, inconsistent seasoning, poorly cooked vegetables, really slow service, and the incorrect espresso portion, the experience was disappointing.

Unfortunately, this is not a place I would return to.

My wife and I decided to come to the hard rock Saturday evening to have dinner at this location then to play a little in the casino.

To start we lasted 45 minutes standing in line to get charged to then be seated. After the long wait we got seated and got up to serve ourselves in the buffet.

On the first time serving myself i served prime ribs, New York steak and they looked and smelled amazing, when tasting the food it was very SALTY. I thought it was only mine but asked my wife about hers and she replied with the same answer too salty.
We got up and went to serve ourselves for the second time, the garlic knot was salty, the shrimps were salty, and I could not believe that all the good stuff was passed with salt. I don’t know if that is a tactic that restaurants use for people but this was the worst dinner I have had in years.

The couple next to us also shared their thoughts with us and the gentleman asked me, sorry to interrupt but is it me or all this food is salty? I answered “it’s not you buddy, the food is high on salt”
This is not good for the consumer and specially for people with high blood pressure.
I will not recommend this restaurant and for the price you can go to a real buffet steak house and get your moneys worth.

Decided to try the buffet with family for dinner. Wanted to compare it with the one in my local town and I was surprised. Plenty of variety and the food tasted great. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff was wonderful. Shout out to our server Destiny who went above and beyond to make our experience great. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure why so many bad reviews! For the price they Had some great quality food And the bottomless mimosas was worth what we paid … Keep in mind this is a Keep in mind this is a buffet. I think people’s Expectation is an Expectation is a little high for what it’s meant to be. I say go in and find out for yourself. And our waiter was amazing. It was seven of us and she accommodated each of us

Food is amazing. They have a very good variety. My favorites were the NY strip, the crab, and the cheeseburger bao bun. If you joint their rewards program you get 50% off your first time. I recommend 100% this buffet

Probably would not eat there if you are not stay in the hotel. Direction to Fresh Harvest are so confusing, even the casino staff don’t know where this place is. The buffet space are smaller than in Tampa. Variety limited. Foods quality not great. Staffs are wonderful.

The Harvest Buffet at Hard Rock was honestly one of the best buffet experiences I’ve had in a long time. The selection was huge and everything tasted fresh — not like typical buffet food that’s been sitting out. The carving station and seafood options were standouts, and the desserts alone were worth the visit.

What really impressed me was how clean and well-run everything felt. Staff stayed on top of refilling food, clearing plates, and making sure guests were taken care of. You can tell they put effort into quality and presentation, not just quantity.

Great atmosphere, great service, and food that actually lives up to the hype. Definitely worth the price and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a buffet that feels more like a restaurant experience than a typical all you can eat.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My experience was different. The food choices are not as many as the buffet in Las Vegas, but they are excellent. I like the NY strip the most. These are quality food, cant compare them to most restaurant buffets. The staffs are mostly young adults but they are very courteous and attentive. I paid $49.95 + tip for weekend dinner. There was a line forming before they open so come early.

FALSE ADVERTISING! As advertised it said crab legs and prime rib on weekends! Guess What you get none of that for a $50 brunch ! We asked for a manager she kindly switched our price to week day dinner price WHAT A JOKE ! Still about $100 ! I left hungry and with my hopes and dreams of snow crab and prime rib over !
Other food was average at best !
It felt pretty bad when the woman manager did nothing but adjust the price a whopping $10 bucks ! When I told her very kindly this is false advertising SHE AGREED (legally)WTH ! we walked out the door shaking our heads 🙁 end of the day it’s just a meal but still FALSE ADVERTISING
