First time to visit this quaint, country themed restaurant. Service was a 5 as servers were genuinely friendly and quite efficient. Food on the other hand was well..disappointing. Catfish was overcooked and greasy. Hamburger steak however was well seasoned and tasteful. Owner/managers were friendly and asked for feedback. They accepted it well and for that reason we will return and try again.

The food was delicious! The staff was amazing! Even the other customers made us feel at home! We had 16 family members rolled in, after a funeral, and the staff just BEAMED and went above and beyond taking care of us. Honestly, I would drive three hours again for the food and friendship. We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from a funeral the day before. What a nice place! Unabashedly pro-American and veteran-owned, the enthusiastic service made our day. Breakfast was good, too, at a very reasonable price! We would definitely come back.

Highly recommended! Awesome food, great prices, friendly staff, excellent service and awesome owners!! Love the decor. My husband and I went for dinner the other night and was so happy to see the parking lot full and the cafe busy. This gem has become our go to place.

Heather Lynn is an awesome waitress who always gives us excellent service. Their green beans are delicious….actually amazing, just like Grandma makes them. The catfish on Friday nights is out of this world. If you like good ole country cooking and a friendly casual atmosphere, then give the Fresh Country Cafe a try. You won’t be sorry.

I love bringing my co-workers here for breakfast. Friendly staff and owners, food is value priced with a great variety. The decor is amazingly patriotic and respectful to our first responders which is a plus to me as well. Highly recommended!

Great home cooked quality food for an even greater price! I recommend the cheeseburger and curly fries. Great service as well. This place is good for workers as well because they can get the food out in a very reasonable amount of time.

My family and I absolutely loved getting to visit this Cafe while we were in town. The food was amazing and priced very well! The owners and the young lady who took care of us were just wonderful to us. Can’t wait to move to Jamestown so we can come by all the time!

Absolutely some of the best catfish I’ve ever had and all the trimmings was awesome! Chocolate cake was to die for! If I could give 6 stars I would! And Mac the owner…one of the nicest men ever( his wife is the cook)!!
