Stopped in at Fresh Catch Seafood and left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back. I ordered the catch of the day, which was tilefish, and had it blackened. Whoever’s running the seasoning back there knows exactly what they’re doing. It was seasoned perfectly, not over the top, and cooked just right—flaky, moist, and full of flavor without needing a thing added to it.
The waffle fries deserve their own mention. They were seasoned with Old Bay, and as a Marylander, that immediately felt like home. Crispy, well-seasoned, and not greasy at all. Simple, but done the right way.
We started with a couple appetizers and weren’t disappointed. The calamari came out hot, tender, and in a generous portion—not one of those skimpy plates where you’re still hungry afterward. The bang bang shrimp was also spot on. Great flavor, good balance of heat and sauce, and clearly made fresh.
Big shoutout to Drew, our waiter. He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and knew the menu without being pushy or fake about it. Just solid service all around.
Fresh Catch isn’t fancy, and it’s not trying to be. That’s what I liked about it. It’s a place that focuses on good food, good portions, and doing things right. If you’re looking for a solid seafood meal without the fluff, I’d absolutely recommend it

I moved close by a little over a year ago from Palm Beach, coworker had been telling me to try it out the whole time and I finally did a few weeks ago and wished I had sooner.
Compared to other seafood restaurants in Stuart this place doesn’t feel and isn’t priced like a New Yorker/snow bird tourist trap.
Prices were reasonable, the fresh fish was Yellow Tile and Wahoo on the night I went, tried both blackened, while eating loads of wahoo in the past this is the first time I’ve seen yellow tile in a restaurant, blackened to perfection and delicious.
Edit: went again for valentines day, parmesean encrusted triple tail was dumb good. Only complaints my lobster still had a little bit of shell on it, almost chipped a tooth and the calamari, while delicious breading and cooked perfectly they didn’t strain the oil so the bottom pieces were soaked in oil.

DELICIOUS & our server BUBBA was outstanding. I had mussels scampi it was so good. Comes with a breadstick and asparagus and had literally probably 40 mussels. We got the conch fritters and chips and salsa for appetizers. The conch fritters were sooo crunchy and delicious. The salsa was super fresh and clearly homemade. My boyfriend got the catch of the day (wahoo & golden tile) fish tacos and he loved them. It was a crazy amount of food for such a good price. It’s locally owned by a husband and wife and I can not wait to go back! I will definitely ask for BUBBA if we go back. The restaurant is so cozy and cute I would take my family there anytime. Even though bubba was so amazing, the bartender checked on us as well and she was super sweet, I wish I had asked for her name. I forgot my take home food there and bubba ran it out even though he was super busy. Support local! ❤️

Spectacular place, this place is the epitome of seafood restaurants. Gorgeous art, outstanding hush puppies that deserve their own accolades, and delicious food that shows a kitchen who has true pride in their creations. Everyone working was super friendly and it was a real treat.

I’ve driven so many times past it but it looks like an abandoned warehouse from Indian Street so I never cared to stop. But then we heard they had live music and we went and we loved it! The food was excellent, super tasty. We had fish and chips and tacos. We liked the ambience and the waitress was very nice. We will definitely go back.

Hands down the best blackened mahi tacos and calamari in town, maybe even ever! The fish is always cooked to perfection, and the toppings are fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount. The portions are spot on and oh so satisfying. This has quickly become our go to lunch spot and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!!!

Had lunch with a dear friend today at Fresh Catch and got to catch up with Jocelyn and had the best gorgonzola and pear salad with chicken. It was amazing and everyone was very attentive. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to go. Amazing service. They feel like family and great food!!! Try the fried calamari- made fresh, super tender! The onion rings and fire cracker shrimp are favorites too! Any of their fresh catch melt in your mouth, too! Yum! Headed there now and my stomach is growling.

This place is Awesome!! I absolutely love Fresh Catch! The food is always a hit! We have never had a bad meal so expects to fall in love. The service is A1 and the drink are always on point! Definitely our date night go to for fish sandwiches, soup of the day, wingettes, cracked Conch, and let’s not forget the salmon or calamari taco and so much more. Wooo hooo this hidden gem has the perfect setting for any occasion! This restaurant is very clean as well as their bathrooms. I have a shellfish allergy and never had a problem eating at this place. Stop in and try it, you will definitely be back! Enjoy!!!
