Ok, yes it’s burger King, not a Michelin star place but I got the BEST service here today. In the drive through at about 1115 today, 1-7-26, the server was so pleasant and friendly and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. The burger was steaming hot and tasty and the fries were on point. I’m always grateful when I go somewhere and the servers are kind and helpful.

Burger King on Kingsley killed it! My Whopper was huge, cooked perfectly, and made exactly how I asked. The new half-fries/half-onion rings option is genius I ate them all, reached in the bag, and SURPRISE… bonus onion rings! The lady at the drive through was super nice and even hooked me up with a BK crown. Burger King, you really are the King.

It is 8:27am Tuesday. I tried to go into this Burger King and get breakfast. All doors were closed. I refuse to go to the driv thru. I wanted to sit down and have breakfast and coffee. If I wanted the drive thru, I would go somewhere else.

BK breakfast is my favorite but whoever usually works the morning shift is not a customer service person. every time I order breakfast something is wrong & it’s very frustrating. The main person at the drive thru doesn’t know how to speak to customers, the manager had to finish out my order one of the last times I went bc he noticed he would’ve had to fire his own worker if he wouldn’t shut up!!!! I’m never coming back to this location again & I’ve only ever purchased here 4 times for context. Not worth the disappointment! Thx but no thx.

People that work here really need to stop coming to work blazed out of their minds if they’re not going to be able to function lol I came for 2 kids meals and the cheesy bacon tots. I get to the windows, the young man hands me 2 drinks & ONE straw I sit & wait and wait, the guy keeps looking at me confused then proceeds to ask is there something else I’m waiting on, meanwhile he hadn’t handed me any of the food ♀️This location could be so much better if ppl took their jobs a little more serious.

Total trash !! This is not my first time at Burger King and the service is garbage, the food wasn’t made how I asked, and the workers would rather play around and shove each other than make the food !! They charged me for 2 fries even though I only bought 1 !! The chick at the front didn’t listen even though I asked her to make my chicken sandwich fresh with extra mayo, I asked 4 times for spicy nuggets and got regular, this is just another sad experience!! They had both doors locked and a worker had to let me in !! If I could leave negative stars I would !! Please do better !!

Im pregnant and was craving a burger. I checked online what time they close before I made the drive. They close at 12, I came at 11:20pm and no one was attending. The back door was open and you can hear someone slanging dishes. I drove to the window and no one was there. I shouldve walked right in and took some damn meat!!!!! I drove right across the street to McDonalds as they never do me wrong. This bk shouldve closed a long time ago

We no longer go to or recommend eating from this restaurant and in this area this brand. Unfortunately understaffing and basically not priorizing quality products or services we no longer use this brand.

Was going to try the new impossible burger. There was no other customers in the store and I waited quite a bit before anyone acknowledged me. They have a huge sign that says two impossible birders for six bucks (see photos) but when I ordered it inside the manager said no, that’s just a sign. I said what? It says it right there. He said we don’t honor that.
Also the manager was not masking at all.
The other employees were half maskers.
Shameful.
Ok, so I left, hungry and yes a bit hangry.
Also when I asked if they had a meal deal for it he said no.
Not sure what’s going on but I thought no one’s going to believe this so I walked back inside and took a few pictures.
I hope this isn’t the new standard???

I just left the Burger King on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park through the drive-through so at 11:30 in the morning on a Thursday and my fries tasted like toothpicks. The burger was so nasty. You could tell the meat had been microwaved. I don’t understand why they continue to advertise their flame broil burgers, but then they microwave them after they flame broil Stay away from this place stay away from Burger King. They don’t make their food fresh anymore and their taste is suffering.
