The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, and mine was salmon with seaweed and some poke. I believe one of the poke was Hawaiian style and loved it so much! The plate was pretty big I was not able to finish all of the rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this place.

The food and service here were amazing!! I definitely recommend the wasabi shoyu ahi poke and the kitchen sink poke. Both were extremely flavorful. The fish and chips were 10/10. The fish was perfectly crispy and so flavorful, the fries were super crispy and honestly the best I’ve had. The eating area upstairs is really nice and clean, and the service was awesome. The ladies helped answer our questions and decide what to order. Don’t skip this gem!

Poke and fish is sooo fresh. Just out of the way a little bit but soo worth it. Order your poke first. Lots to chose from I would recommend the spicy Hawaiian. They add tobiko to the Poke. Prices are fair for 2 you are looking at around $50

Fresh Catch is a popular spot, and after trying their food, it’s easy to see why. The most important thing for a seafood restaurant is the quality of its fish, and Fresh Catch absolutely delivers on freshness. The fish I had was incredibly fresh—firm, flaky, and clearly high-quality. The preparation also showed a deft hand, with great flavor profiles that complemented the natural taste of the fish without overpowering it. This is definitely a place to go for a solid, flavorful fish meal.
However, there’s a significant downside if you’re leaning toward their deep-fried offerings. While the fish itself was great, I found that the fried portions, or any of the fried food, were noticeably too greasy. The excessive oil really weighed down what should have been a satisfying crunch, making the overall dish feel heavy and oily rather than crisp.
My recommendation? Stick to the grilled, seared, or baked options to get the best of what Fresh Catch has to offer. The quality of the seafood and the flavors are excellent, but I would avoid their fried dishes if you don’t like feeling heavy afterwards.

Fresh Catch was open Thanksgiving day and I was so excited and so grateful! I am a healthcare contractor from the mainland and saw YouTube videographer Sean Kaleponi’s video about Kaneohe and decided to head there yesterday. I was so excited when I walked in and they allowed me to have THANKSGIVING POKE hawaiian style! My day instantly became memorable as the young girl was so friendly and the poke was to die for!!! The coconut Octopus and the spicy Ahi Were amazing! I can’t begin to thank you enough for giving me such an incredibly delicious Hawaiian Thanksgiving!!! I can’t wait to come back again and again!!! Mahalo nui loa!!!

Every bite was a delight—fresh fish, perfectly cooked rice, and unique, flavorful dips. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations that truly made the experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of seating upstairs and a great selection of interesting drinks . A fantastic spot for a relaxed and satisfying meal

The food was so delicious! We really enjoyed the seared and katsu ahi tuna. The white sauce is also amazing, so we of course bought some to eat at home. The service was also great, everyone was very kind.

Which I could give this place a 10 star rating. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly. She gave us a sample of all the poke. The fish was perfectly fresh. We mixed and matched our poke bowls. Very good portion sizes and pricing along with excellent customer service. The place was spotless and had easy parking.
