Top shelf experience! First, reservations are simple using Open Table – highly recommend making a reservation because they are busy! The hosts were all very friendly and greeted us well when we arrived making us feel welcomed, as did our server Hilary. She was very helpful and offered great recommendations. We started with the crab bruschetta which was delicious. The lasagna and shrimp scampi was out of this world. They use flour from Italy and make the pasta in house daily and it absolutely melts in your mouth. We finished up with the pistachio cake and it was absolutely divine, very fresh. Oh and I can’t forget the tiramisu martini! Such a fun and yummy treat! Thank you to Chef Greg and Hilary and the rest of the staff at Fresco for a fabulous date night. We will definitely be back!

Love the new look of the Restaurant. We started off with the Fried Goat cheese with fig preserve and the Arancini with marinara which were absolutely wonderful. Shrimp scampi, chicken Piccata and the special of Black Grouper over angel hair pasta and asparagus with a lemon sauce. All of these dishes were absolutely delicious. Finished it off with tiramasu, pistachio cake and canaloni’s. Awesome experience and kudos to the staff and Chef. Definately need to stop in and enjoy if you are looking for something excellent.

We were celebrating the birthday of one of our group! What a wonderful dining experience, the service was perfect. The food was amazing! The shrimp scampi with in-house made pasta was the best ever! The goat cheese appetizer is a must try. We will definitely be back.

Easy to make reservation. Hostess seated us promptly and waiter Tate arrived at our table rehung minutes and greeted us warmly. Waitstaff were in abundance to support a full house on a Friday night.
The survey must have a glitch because the only dish selection in the ‘What did you have?’ drop down was ‘tiramisu’ wicker did not have. We did have the Crunchy Goat Cheese with fig and date jam, Caesar salad, Shrimp Scampi, and Lasagna. All were great. Bolognese sauce on the lasagna was our favorite.

Dinner tonight at the new restaurant Fresco in Bon Secour located in the old Tin Top building. Our server was Andrea and she took great care of us. I had the special, grilled grouper with lemon risotto and asparagus and husbo had the braised short ribs over fettuccine. I had a glass of the Kris Italian Pinot Grigio and ended up getting a bottle to take home it was so good! Not pictured is the amazing dessert. Pistachio cream cake and limoncello meringue pie. Everything was delightfully crafted and beautifully executed. It was a wonderful evening with the best company. — with Michael DeBray at Fresco In Bon Secour.

We were honored to be invited to the soft opening of Fresco, and it was such a wonderful experience. Amanda and Greg Buschmohle are the kind of people who truly care about their guests — they went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs and food allergies without hesitation, which says everything about their heart and professionalism. We also had a friend with us who is in a wheelchair, and the restaurant was incredibly easy to navigate, with thoughtful seating and seamless access that made him feel completely comfortable and included. Greg is hands-down one of the best chefs I’ve ever known, and Amanda’s world travel and appreciation for incredible food clearly shine through in every detail. Wishing them nothing but success — we can’t wait to be back.

Was able to snag a reservation at this hot new spot and the food and service didn’t disappoint! Service was prompt and friendly throughout our meal. As for the food, from the house made meatball appetizer, bolognese and lasagna for our main course, everything was flavorful and the fresh ingredients and blend of spices really came together. The crowning jewel was the homemade pasta, which put the dishes over the top. We shared the lemon meringue pie to end our meal. The pie filing was perfect, held its consistency and the meringue was light and didn’t break down. The only aspect of our evening we felt could improve was the seating, the dining room does get loud, which could be argued is reminiscent of true Italy, Don’t overlook Fresco when wanting a true Italian experience!

When we arrived we were told they couldn’t seat us at a table because they were booked up for the evening even though there were many tables open. We were able to sit at the outdoor bar which was fine, but the bartender was working non-stop. He did his best to serve those sitting at the bar while keeping up with the drink orders, but I think he could use some help. I really had to use the restroom because we’d come a long way. When I got to the restroom, though, I ended up getting stuck in there because the doorknob came off. I tried to get myself out, but in the end a server released me. As far as the food, it was really tasty. We got the meatballs as the appetizer, and they tasted a lot like my Italian grandmother’s. For the entree, I had the lasagna and my fiancé had the chicken picatta. Both were excellent.
