The truck is a bit hidden in an alleyway. The truck has a variety of French toast options to choose from and I got the Blueberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast. The staff member working the truck was great as he was friendly and helpful with narrowing down my options. There was about a 10 minute wait for him to make my order and I was able to sit on the porch of the house next to it that he shared was part of their food truck.

I’ve been to this spot 5 or 6 times already in my short time of hearing about it and every single time it’s been a great experience. Please give the seasonal French toast flavors a try, always ask for recommendations and know that whatever you get… it’ll be an experience. Now this is a kind of grab and go kind of place, with outdoor seating options only, so prepare yourselves for that, but just know it’s great overall! Love the candied bacon as well, it’s a great side to pair with the already amazing French toast! 10/10 must try again spot!!

It was worth the 2 hour drive coming here and back. For how much each French toast was the portions were great, everything was amazing but my most favorite was the cinnamon roll one. The guy who worked here was very welcoming and friendly as well!

Delicious! I had the blueberry French toast. For any of you who know about Texas toast – this is the upgrade, and it’s stuffed. There are tables on a covered porch you can get fat and happy on. Stop reading and go get some. There is plenty of street parking all around. I had no trouble making a few corners on a Sunday mid morning.

This hidden gem is easy to miss given the minimalist signs and the little yellow trailer tucked in the back. The only seating is two tables on the front porch of the building in front. It is already 90 this morning with a 94 heat index and full sun … the shade along the adjacent wall is the only relief. The metal tables are roasting in the sun, so we opted to walk back home. “Atmosphere” is an unfair category for a tiny food trailer, so I’ll just give it five stars … maybe sit on a cooler day.
Service: there are limited options, all variations of french toast. $11 for my maple bacon seems reasonable. The dude inside was very nice and answered our questions. he said it would be ten minutes, and it basically was.
Food is awesome. Thick slices of bacon and thick toast. Wife got blueberries and she did not add syrup (I did). We did not opt for the bourbon syrup $2 upcharge. Calories? Who cares!
We agreed this would be even better on a cooler fall day. High come-back value … and I have to try the bourbon syup.
