Peppers were the standout. I really liked our waiter as well he was really chill. Food was good too, id come back. Was nice to look at the water without the wind. I asked for medium rare steak and it was a bit more rare than that but edible. Might have gone with another entree had i known the portion of steak in the salad, but it was really good.

Fantastic views of the ocean from the second deck. Food was amazing, fresh, and healthy. Portion sizes were great. Crab crakes had a great crispy outside and nice creamy inside. They have fantastic GF dishes- the GF prawns and chips were amazing. Then they had a GF and vegan chocolate tahini cake! We actually both ordered dessert, which we never do, simply because everything was so good. The server was great – he ran a one man show doing drinks, grabbing orders, and bussing. Definitely going to visit again.

The appetizers here are crazy. I highly recommend the steamed clams. They have a nice little spice to them. They have great beer(Pliny) and you cant beat the view. This restaurant is on the second floor so you can see the whole Mendocino Cove. The prawns and chips were fire and it was a good size helping. We wanted dessert but we were too full….maybe if we skipped the appetizers…This place closes at 8pm I believe so make sure to get here early enough. The staff was welcoming and make you want to come back. Perfect way to end a successful day of fishing.

One of the most spectacular restaurants I have ever visited in my life. What made it truly unforgettable was not only the food, which was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, but also the setting. The town where it is located is peaceful and charming, and the view from the restaurant’s windows is simply breathtaking. Watching the landscape, the ocean, and the sunset while enjoying such a flavorful meal created the perfect atmosphere.
We were on a trip looking for peace, and in Mendocino we found everything we were searching for. This restaurant became a highlight of our journey; the food, the tranquility, and the experience all came together beautifully.

We stopped in for bowl of Chowder as we were heading out of town. I’d say I’ll definitely be back. Chocolate Martini was delightful. The Chowder was memorable. Server was attentive.

My wife and I had fish and chips with a nice view of ocean in the patio, 4 pcs fish was delicious, with tar tar like souce, chips or fries needs to be a little be more cruncher but was acceptable, its side salad was good. I didn’t like the home made cola taste was kinda cloves and cinnamon taste, i missed coke! , didn’t test other drinks, they didnt refill my cola, overall was a good restaurant. I used the rest room and it was clean. Staff was good, however nice ocean view is nice. I recommend.

Lucia was amazing and the food was excellent! You cannot beat the views and atmosphere in this cozy restaurant! My kids loved the tacos and all the local offerings were absolutely mouth watering! 10/10 will return on our next trip!

Such a great place! I had the local lettuce salad and fish and chips. I’m allergic to gluten and dairy and there were a good amount of options. They only make the fish and chips gluten free and it is the only thing that goes in the fryer so felt completely safe. The tartar sauce had dairy which I can’t have so they gave me an aioli that was really good. My husband (who has no allergies) had the creamy tomato seafood chowder and said it was one of the best he’s had. The ambiance was nice. We went around sunset and could see the view perfectly. We will definitely go again!

I was initially deterred by the lower reviews but I was pleasantly surprised that the service, atmosphere, and food were all wonderful. I shared an order of fish a chips and the radish salad. The fish and chips meal was delicious along with the dill slaw, the salad lacked flavor but was very delicious. The breakfast menu was available late and my mother in law loved her omelette and potatoes. All in all, it was delicious and the ocean side view made it even more memorable. A very special place!
