This is a drive up at a gas station. The food was most Awesome! Love their papa double bacon burger. I give the food a 10. The service was Luke warm. It took a long time and the server was not friendly. I have to honestly say the food was hot and delicious and worth the wait. I drove over 2 hours to get there and it was worth it.

I have been coming to this location for about 10 years, it’s a 1 and a half hour trip from my home. I have been to other locations, this location by far is the best. Always 2 workers, very young and never the same people. Yet the service and food is always excellent, if this location has never been rewarded or given some type of thank you to its employees that work very hard.

Had a great meal there with my mom, the food was great, picture worthy even. The onion rings and cheese curds were cooked perfectly, the ranch they have is amazing and the root beer float had a generous amount of ice cream, so delicious. Probably the best fast food I’ve had in years. The tables could have used a wipe but that’s my only complaint.

I ordered food, and when the lady asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no. I didn’t think I was gonna return food. It took 25 minutes to get my food, and it was cold. I took it back and told a different lady. I just want my money back. She said OK then a 10 minute argument went back and forth about how they can’t do returns without a receipt and how the other lady probly threw away the receipt cause I didn’t think I was going to get my food cold 25 min later. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She looked like she was in her early 20s and, after this event, was not ready to be a manager. She told me to come back when another manager is present to help me. Mind you this off the freeway in the middle of nowhere. Most customers, like me, are just passing, though. I could see the stress in her face cause she didn’t know what to do. So she walked away. At this point I was tired of arguing and I got on the phone with my wife to let her know what was going on and as soon as she said hello, the lady that took my order came out from behind the wall that was 5 feet away and ask me what I wanted and I said I just want my money back. She looked up the order on the computer and said your order was $14.07, so she handed me cash and change, and I put it in my pocket. I didn’t even count it. I walked out frustrated and just wanted to continue on my journey (home, to Portland). When I went to empty my pockets before I took my pants off, I noticed there was only $13.07 in my pocket. All of this happened on 5-1-24 around 2-2:30pm

They get overwhelmed around meal times.
Very rural area, not the quickest turn around time.
Minor issues with young, new workers.
Definitely better than McDonald’s.
This A&W has made great improvements over the summer. Does get a Lil slow when they are under pressure. Be respectful! Living ain’t easy.

Service was a bit lack luster but engaging when ordering. Food was good though other locations tend to have food more to order. Had chicken strips and cheese curds with a root beer freeze. Tables were dirty but they were busy with a small staff on duty.

Alright it’s a little rundown and service is slow but the results are better than McDonald’s and mostly cheaper. There’s a deli in the same building and it’s very good as well. So many options and you can fill your car truck or Tesla while you wait. And there’s a grocery a $ store a building supply behind it as well. Location location location.

So very disappointing. The staff extremely SLOW. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. We were immediately greeted, however they were socializing and lacked interest in customers. Once the food was presented, it was delicious. Unfortunately this is several visits now that we have experienced such discouraging environment and employees showing little energy. Furniture needs updated.Parking is difficult.
