We love Doorzza pizza and have had great pizza in the past, but the past few months they have been less consistent with quality and reliability. I had one experience where I ordered a pizza around 5:45pm and when I arrived to pick it up they told me it would be a 3 hour wait, the pizza wouldn’t be ready until 8:45pm. I cancelled that order. Then a couple weeks later I ordered a couple pizzas, one of them cheese. The picture is of the cheese pizza. There was hardly any cheese around the edges with it missing completely in some areas. We were pretty disappointed, especially since we’ve had really good pizza from Doorzza in the past.

Pizza is great. Consistency hasn’t always been the greatest, but a majority of the time the pizza is delicious. My main issue is with an experience I had with my pick-up order this evening. I usually place pick up orders rather than delivery since the delivery is much slower.
I ordered 2 pizzas at 4:58 and it told me that pick-up time would be 5:15. This is a relatively quick turn around, but I haven’t had issues with long waits for pick up orders before. When I got there at 5:15, the girl at the front said it’d take another 5 minutes after she checked. I sat for a good 10-15 more minutes when she came over to ask what my name was again so she could check, and she said it’d be a couple more minutes. I didn’t receive my order until 5:35. That might sound petty, but I had to be somewhere with the pizza at 5:40. I mentioned to the guy who brought it out (probably a cook, red-headed) that I wasn’t too happy having to wait 25 minutes over my pickup time, and all he responded with was “We’ve been really busy” and walked off. No apologizing, no offering any sort of reconciliation, just brushed me off. I’ve worked in customer service and understand that it’s stressful, but the bare minimum is at least apologizing, and that’s all I would’ve needed. Not too happy with this experience.

Leaving this review because almost every time I get a pizza from here it’s fantastic — on 12/5 however I received a terrible pie and I just had to leave some feedback because it was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. I am a college student I wasn’t gonna waste food but man I considered not eating it. Pie was misshapen, slices separated, squashed together on one side, had less cheese on it (roughly 50% of the pie had cheese) which was depressing because it was just a cheese pizza… driver was nice and I don’t think any of the misshapen was his fault – the cheese was solidified into the box on some areas and the fat had congealed already – it was just so unappetizing.
To be a fair review I gotta say this was one pie on a Friday afternoon in comparison to the other 6 I’ve had this year that were all 5 star great pizzas. If I ever get another one like this I probably will take a break from this restaurant for a semester or two.
TLDR amazing pizza (most of the time) helpful team and good people.

I used to love Doorzza, but waiting an hour to get a pizza with half cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread portion is only like 25% cheese is ridiculous.
Called and said something about it and they made a new pizza, so customer service is pretty ok.
Included the bad one and good one in pics.
When Doorzza gets it right, their pizza is great. But they are getting worse and worse. Still probably going to order from them again because it’s a great price and is great when they actually make it right, but just disappointed in how inconsistent their pizzas are.

Got my pizza and there so much flour on the bottom of the pizza. I ranked a service a one because there should be communication about the product not being up to standard.
This isn’t the only time this has happened or a similar issue; this month had more than a few with the dough not being cooked right. It wasn’t right due to the dough being undercooked. Something needs to change.

Their food is absolutely amazing. I was really, really looking forward to ordering a pizza after moving back to Rexburg, but their ordering app just doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried everything I could to make it work including using a different browser, but every time I click Place Order, it just doesn’t do anything. And then I press it again, and it says I already placed an order and need to wait a minute, which is entirely untrue. It’s the most frustrating experience, and all for just a good pizza. They wouldn’t even let me place an order over the phone “unless I call Fresco,” which is a little strange. And if I do call Fresco, the order can only be pickup. I just wanted a pizza and I just wanted it delivered. Really shouldn’t be that hard. Until they fix their ordering website, and they take orders over the phone, I cannot recommend this place. Will update my review when they take action.

This was probably the best dining experience from Doorza that we have had in 4 years of ordering from them!!!
All three pizzas were cooked to perfection delivered hot and fresh perfectly made to order
The Sriracha drizzle on the Supreemza was the perfect compliment…the Ron Swanson was awesome and the Pepperoni pizza was literally an amazing explosion of flavor that didn’t disappoint!!
We also ordered cheese sticks and wings but didn’t get any pictures of that deliciousness…
I am so impressed by the quality of the food and the accuracy of the delivery time that I have to give them a 5 star rating

Pizza was a decent size with a decent price! It’s quiet thin, but the toppings are ok generous. Not exactly enough for two adults to be full, but it was fine. Got it delivered with a discount code from the mail coupon. Delivery time was ordinary compared to other places seeing that we are not too far from the location.

The pizza and bread blew us away!!!! The dough is divine, but the seasonings just took it over the edge! The cheese pizza was good, but the Burg was incredible! The potatoes were well cooked, the bacon was crispy and tasted like I just took it off the stove. The ranch was incredible and the buffalo ranch was a fun, tasty twist that gave the whole pizza a different taste when we dipped it!
So impressed and delighted with the food! Highly recommend!
