Was here on February 15th for Breakfast
Food was really good!
However I was watching the kitchen cooking and I did not see any gloves they touched everything! One cook had a beard it should be covered yuck! Don’t want that in my food! And another young cook was eating while he was cooking
Really? He’s that Hungry?
Just need more Sanitary practices!

So i know it says diner in the name however this is not a “diner.” Im a big breakfast guy and the food here was lacking. Saltiest bacon i think I’ve ever eaten. Didn’t even finish it! You would think a breakfast place would get the eggs right but that was a fail too. The white part is supposed to be cooked when ordering over easy. It was a snotty mess. 1 piece of toast. Never in my life have I gone for breakfast and only got 1 piece of toast… that speaks for itself. I will give credit on the “cottage potatoes” very good. As far as the diner part goes, it definitionally doesn’t fit into the diner category. Its not a greasy spoon either so dont be fooled.

I recently visited for the first time, and was impressed. Warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly faces and nice decor. It’s a little rustic mixed with diner style. We were greeted quickly and led to a very comfortable booth. The menu has great choices, both classic and unique. I had croissant French toast, and it was delicious! The place was very clean, and seemed to be well managed. From some tables, you can see into the kitchen & prep area. That even looked well kept. We will definitely return, and recommend to others.

Went here for lunch first time. Excellent service and food was amazing. BLT with egg and cheese-stacked with bacon, Reuben and fiery turkey was the same. Can’t say enough about the clean atmosphere and great service also. Highly recommended, and that says something…not too many 5 star reviews these days.

We had a good breakfast on Christmas Eve morning. The waitress was friendly and efficient. We each got the big breakfast, mine with french toast, my husband with pancakes. There was plenty of food, it was tasty, hot & came out quickly. I want to go back during a weekday to try the mix & match breakfast special.

My husband and I have breakfast here at least once a month ever since moving to the area over 3 years ago. We’ve always enjoyed our meals and have had few experiences where service was sub-par. Sometimes the coffee refill request is forgotten, but the servers do their best to provide attention to all tables they are responsible for. I personally love the Nutella French toast!

Low quality ingredients and poor service are a distinctive mark of this business. My food was served cold (worst crab cakes I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, and I used to live right on the line between DC and Maryland), and the server had no interest in making sure we had a good experience. In addition to this, there was no honey available for hot tea and they don’t even have cream for the coffee. The only thing they offer is an artificial creamer which is a blend of vegetable oil and a bunch of chemicals. As far as returning here, I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t expect anybody else would want to do that either. This place seems to have an intention of providing the impression of a nice place to eat breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately they fail miserably on almost all counts.

Took forever for my food to come out, and the people who work here just look absolutely miserable. They talk too quiet and have no inviting or welcoming personality. Honestly sad.

I went her because
Massarts was closed in Tarentum. I found this freedom place place to be friendly and fast. The breakfast food was good and the service was excellent. I think mostly Walmart people frequent this place. But it wasn’t bad all in all.
