We’ve been to this Freebirds location more times than we can count, and the experience never disappoints! This last visit we stopped in to try their limited-edition Birria, and our burrito maker, Ada, was incredible. Even as things got busier, she stayed friendly, patient, and made sure every detail of our (admittedly large) order was perfect.
In past visits, we’ve also had an awesome younger guy help us (wish we remembered his name cause he rocks!) who consistently delivers top-tier service and even went the extra mile to cook more cauliflower rice on the spot when they were out — talk about above and beyond!
Between the amazing staff, fresh ingredients, and flavor-packed options like the new Birria, along with other goodies we’ve enjoyed (prime rib, ground beef, etc…) this location keeps us coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

I’m born and raised from Austin, I used to love freebirds.. cool foil sculptures all over, atmosphere was great.. but now it seems like a careless wasteland with terrible everything.
I don’t hate anyone for trying but when it comes to making my food I expect them to be somewhat trained.
Also you used a sharpie on the foil and poked through it and put sharpie on my pregnant fiancés burrito. Not really trying to feed them sharpie..
Terrible taste (not just saying that cause I’m pissed, I’d acknowledge it if it was tasting good.. but the rice wasn’t properly cooked, and also there was no lettuce..)
I am going to just be going to Cabo bobs from now on!

Cool place. Use to be great .. now they suck. This is my MONSTER bowl. I haven’t touched it yet and can see the bottom of the bowl. They skimp on everything now!!!! I used to love this place and now it’s rare that I ever go. Come on man, load us up on rice and beans at least!!!!! They’re cheap!!! This bowl cost me almost 18$

Staff acted like it was a bother for them to take your order. Had no smiles or hello’s and we were the only ones in the entire sitting area. Only reason I gave it a 4 star for atmosphere was the cook was jamming out in his one world. The food was terrible as well. 1 star salsa had flavor tho.

The place is nice and has plenty of space; wasn’t crowded during our visit. Their Beyond Meat burrito bowl was pretty tasty. However, the Beyond Meat was mixed with potatoes, which I thought it was odd not to have just the meat by itself like the other protein there. Their green tomatillo salsa was good. The place has you create your own tacos, burritos, or bowls, which is reminiscent of Chipotles or Pieology’s experience.

Had a great experience my husband wanted a hot cheetos burrito so i bought a bag took it up there and asked them if they were able to do it. They said yes so my husband was very happy about it and now he wants to go all the time lol

Awful customer services. People just standing around ignoring customers in line for minutes on end. I guess you need to prep the food and have everything ready to go. I guess that’s important. What I don’t get is why you wouldn’t have at least one person on hand to serve the customers when they come in instead of just outright completely ignoring them to restock all of the food you aren’t serving to them, wasn’t a staffing issue either since there were multiple people on hand all working on the food and not one of them even bothered to look at the customers that were waiting for some to start their order.

It’s good when they can get your order correct and don’t skimp. This time I paid extra for certain toppings that they forgot to add, so not happy.
