Ok I am a regular customer and after today I’m not sure why. This has happened more than once and it’s ridiculous. I’m paying 10-12 for a bowl, you are not filling up the bowls . I ordered two the bowl should look the same. They do not. Stop skimping on the ingredients to my bowl.

I’m usually pretty easy going, but this place was understaffed and the portions sizes were small. I don’t know why, but Chipotle has grown increasingly subpar in this area. If you want to charge people $10-14 a plate, at least make sure it’s full .

Food was average, 1 person ordering, 1 person in line and still waited 5 mins to order. I was taken back to find out that they offer a police discount, but no military discount. The fact they offer discounts but choose not to give them to military is a reason I won’t be back.

I love Chipotle but this location has poor management. I received bad guac, so I took the order back. They were unapologetic and the manager refused to even address us the first few times we requested them. I will not visit this location again.

Trash. This place is always a hit and miss. Food is either too salted or unflavored and the steak is dry like it’s been sitting out all day. The Burrito I ordered was basically full of just rice (even though I got steak) . Assistant manager was very very rude and said if she remade it this would ruin her “inventory count,” all while talking with gum in her mouth. We literally asked her if she temped the meat , that’s how bad it was . No lids or straws for drinks, Customer service 4/10, quality 2/10 , and one too many bad experiences with this place. Corporate really needs to come by .

To begin the food is always amazing it never fails it’s always fresh and delicious and always fills me up and despite what everyone says about the price comparatively to other Mexican restaurants it’s pretty reasonable. The staff here is always wonderful and always make me laugh and I never skimp out on anything. I always leave filled and happy.

This is our favorite place for a quick bite on any given time or day! Friendly staff and amazing food! Although, their drink station/tables could be more clean and restocked. Other then that I’m always going here for my food whether it’s dine-in, take-out or even door dash! Just a great place in general! Would recommend bringing friends and family for a good meal with not that bad prices! ( Went back on 8/14/2022 and it just gets better each time I swear!! )

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances to redeem its awful service, but to no avail. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. I spent over $16 on this pathetic steak bowl (see attached picture). It barely had any steak at all, and they left out the guacamole that I paid extra for. Worst of all, it took them over 45 minutes just to put this sorry excuse of a steak bowl together and it was barely warm. I will never return to this restaurant again. If you want a better alternative, I’ve never been dissatisfied with Qdoba, which is about a mile or two away from this place.
