I placed an order online via freebirds site at 7:09 Pm. Order was supposed to be delivered at 8:04pm. I called the store at 8:25 Pm and spoke with the manager who said he can check to see if it’s still there, if not I will need to contact third party. Although I advised him it says delivered and I did not receive any info for delivery and I ordered through the site, and the site currently said delivered. He returned to the phone and stated it was just sitting there. I advised we were on the way to pick it up. Got home with the food at 9:04pm. Completely unacceptable. The manager tried to offer some half unneeded explanation upon arrival. Did not care to hear it. Customer service was trash. How did they not notice it just sitting there and reach out. What was to happen had I not called and they closed at 9? I didn’t spend $90 for cold food I purchased for delivery and had to pick up myself an hour and a half later. Really disappointing. People have families to feed. Asked for the receipt, was given the kitchen ticket.

Ok so first time being here and normally I only go to the south Lamar location BUT man, these guys are epic! Braxton, Alex, Malachi are the BEST. Hands-down the most professional and courteous team I’ve seen at any of the locations! These guys were super excited, they greeted me with good energy, and they absolutely went out of their way to make sure I was able to get a burrito with kindness and respect! Instead of treating me with negative energy, they were incredibly positive cheerful, and they really went out of their way to make sure that I felt happy with my burrito! This is the level of Customer Care that should be exemplified across all teams because in a world where we have plenty of choices on where we want to get food it all comes down to having the right team who actually gets along and goes out of their way to make each customer feel special. These three guys are the best and this is the exact reason why I would return back to this location.

Been a loyal Freebirds fan for at least the past 15 years. Would be at a Freebirds about once a week when studying at Texas A&M. I have been living out of state the past 10 years being in the military and have to come to a Freebirds when I come back home.

I hate bringing this up on a company that really got its start in College Station and I’ve loved for so long, but at least the Freebirds in Cedar Park now has some of the worst employees I’ve interacted with. I’ve been twice this holiday season and both interactions have been pretty subpar.

Tonight, I ordered online for a pickup order and I immediately walked to the register to pick it up. There was one employee at the time and afamily was already in line and taking their time. Understandable he would be busy initially, but then two more employees came out. One I guess was going home, when he stepped out I tried to get his attention but he looked at me and left. The other was trying to take payment from the previous family completely ignoring me. After the family paid, another group came into the queue and the worker immediately went to help them even though I had been standing by the register all this time. I finally kind of cracked at the other employee telling him I had a to-go order and he finally got around to helping me after ignoring me up until then.

Sadly, I’ve noticed a decline in some of the foods quality this year as well. I used to live Freebirds as my No. 1 burrito chain, but after trying Cabo Bob’s for the first time this year and Freebirds seeming to have lower and lower quality employees and food, there’s no reason to go to Freebirds anymore. Cabo Bob’s is definitely far superior now and worth the slightly longer drive.

the store manager, jesse, was so polite hard working. he made sure to wrap my burrito nice and tight so that nothing would spill. the atmosphere is very chill and i would 100% recommend coming to this freebirds if you are in the area. happy eating!

This was the best burrito I have ever tasted. Freebirds should be showcased in the Smithsonian. The skillful creation and flavor combos recommended by Dylan and Cole topped off by their incredible customer service may have genuinely just changed my life. Finished the burrito in house and had to order one more for the road. One billion stars

Was really enjoying the first few bites of my bowl until I found trash in it. Good thing I already ate the contaminated food. Pretty sure this is the finger of someone’s broken glove which would mean their bare fingers were in my food. It was really buried dip in my bowl too and I only found it when mixing it all up. So unsanitary and truly a health and choking hazard. Absolutely disgusting

Recently tried this location at Cedar park and I liked it a lot. I’m currently on a low carb diet and it’s been quite difficult for me to find places to eat and be certain about. I really like how they have low-carb bowls and even tortillas! And a nutrition calculator online! The indoor decor is always really cool too ! I got what I ordered at good portions & the Texas smoked brisket was in season and I liked it a lot. Staff was very attentive and friendly as well.

Monster burritos are HUGE and monster salads, even without regular rice and beans, will fill you up

Ordered from here.. where do I start?
Ordered a monster bowl – got a regular, items I ordered on the bowl weren’t on it and the beans were undercooked ..they were hard. I couldn’t even eat what I did get it was so bad. We ordered a super monster burrito and the beans in it were undercooked as well ..
The “large” bag of chips we received was literally a hand full of crumbs. I have never had an experience like this from a freebirds.. sorely disappointed!
